Alliance for Full Participation Summit 2011

Description:The Alliance for Full Participation 2011 Summit, building on the success of the groundbreaking 2005 event, will be the developmental disability community’s premiere event focusing on increasing employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The summit is expected to bring together 1,500 attendees to include self advocates, providers, family members, corporate leaders, industry executives, legislators, federal, state and local policy leaders and researchers to network, learn, plan strategically and craft an action agenda for the future. Sponsoring organizations include American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), APSE: The Network on Employment, Human Services Research Institute (HSRI), The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQI), and The Arc of the United States.
