Review: Lingo 10-Language Talking Translator

Product Information

Model: TR-2203

Reviewed by: Name withheld by request.

Why did you purchase the product?
For a trip to England, France, and Italy.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Very well, except the speaking digital voice.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
Easy to use.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
Digital Voice is horrible. It was rated by Wall Street Journal as "best talking translator". I'd hate to hear the ones that didn't cut their reveiw. You basically have to know the language to understand the 10 languages it translates.

Any other comments about the product's performance?
We rate it POOR because of the digital voice talking part which is the main reason we purchased it. After much research, it appears there is NO other in its class...too bad.
