Why did you purchase the product?
To get wheelchair user up flight of 10 concrete steps to enter his home

How well did the product meet your needs?
AMAZING!!!

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
We were able to purchase a used one from dealer for half price!! Very easy to use. I would reccomemend it. It's portable if you need to take it to use at another location, but it's heavy.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
You can't use it for a power chair. Also, it is not compatible with all manual chairs which may mean that person may have to transfer to another chair.
