How well did the product meet your needs?
Out of 10, a 10. I have been hit twice with severe whiplash over 10 years ago, and now arthritis in the neck. It helps me sleep. I wish I could afford to buy another one. it is worn pretty good from the 10 yrs of use. I love this pillow.

The support on my neck.

It is very supportive, even after 10 yrs.
