Commission on Civil Rights

The Commission on Civil Rights is responsible for the investigation of complaints alleging that citizens are in some way being deprived due to their race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or national origin, or by reason of fraudulent practices. It is also responsible for proposals of legislation created by research and appraisal of federal laws and policies.
