1. CLINICAL ELECTRICAL STIMULATOR AM5

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The AM5 Clinical Electrical Stimulator is designed for functional electrical stimulation of upper and lower motor neuron lesions, and normal muscles when extremities are immobilized to prevent atrophy and improve circulation. The Stimulator features constant voltage output, 5 knobs to regulate stimulation voltage, pulse width repetition frequency, time of stimulation, time of pauses, on/off button, 4 modes of stimulation, periodical, triggered, walking rate and continuous. DIMENSIONS: 125 x 150 x 65 mm. WEIGHT: 1100 grams.

2. CRIB MONITOR

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Crib Monitor is an Apnea respiration and cardiac monitor for infants to help prevent sudden infant death (SID). The Monitor measures breathing and heart rate and includes sensor device, control panel and remote alarm. Placed under mattress the unit, an alarm sounds to awaken baby and alert caretaker if critical changes in infant's breathing and heart rate occurs. The unit may also be used for an adult Apnea patients.

3. GALVANIC SKIN RESPONSE GSR1.

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/93) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Biofeedback relaxation unit. Walnut case with gold plated finger slots. Placing two fingers on plates activates tone. Tone changes in response to level of relaxation. Slide dial adjusts tone volume. Battery operated.

4. GALVANIC SKIN RESPONSE, DELUXE AND INTERMEDIATE MODELS

(Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Galvanic Skin Response is a biofeedback relaxation unit that measures electrical currents on the skin, for the purpose of controlling stress, tension, hypertension, migraine headaches and other psychosomatic problems. The unit is battery operated and features a visual and audio readout and fingertip electrodes. The tone changes depending on level of relaxation. Both the Deluxe and Intermeiate model have the same features, however the Deluxe model is laboratory quality. WARRANTY: One year except wire, electrodes, and battery.

5. I GO NEUROMUSCULAR ASSIST DEVICE

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The I Go Neuromusular Assist Device stimulates peroneal nerve (fibular) for controlling foot drop. This device aids the patient in walking during the swing phase of gait. The unit consist of a small battery electronic stimulator with belt clip, a knee stocking for securing surface electrodes, surface or implanted electrode assembly, cable connector assembly, an innersole foot switch assembly and a battery charger.

6. SLIDE MAT

(Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Slide Mat is a patient transfer system which allows your staff to transfer a patient from a bed to a stretcher to a table. The Mat is flame retardant, rapid, translucent (can be left in place during x-ray), water repellent, washable, autoclavable, and compact.

7. TYMPANIC THERMOMETER

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/2006) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Tympanic Thermometer measures body temperature through a probe placed in the ear. The unit is portable. Features include: an accurate up to 0.2 degrees centigrade reading within 15 seconds, a readout in Centigrade and Fahrenheit and 5 interchangeable ear probes. The termometer is battery operated with 8 hour operation before recharging. DIMENSIONS: The Thermometer unit is 13 x 9 x 7 inches with a 6 foot probe lead. The probe lead is 5.25 x 6.75 x 2.5 inches. WEIGHT: Thermometer - 2 pounds, Battary charger - 14.5 pounds.
