The guide is a sturdy plastic strip that the physician snips off at a point on the scale that corresponds to desired insulin dosage.    The Bed Wedge with Pocket is a positioning wedge or wedge pillow designed for use by individuals with circulatory, lower extremity, respiratory or digestive disabilities or neck, back, or shoulder pain or injury.
