    The CentroFlex Ribbon Switches are vinyl-coated momentary type switches for pilot, control, or low power duty. The switches offer Press-at-Any-Point control and are self-bottoming. A wide range of pressure sensitivities, sheathing materials, switch lengths, end terminating seals, exterior colors, and lead wire cominations are avaialble. Nominal sensitivies of 40, 12, and 8 ounces are standard. All models are sealed for moisture and chemical resistance. All switches are available adhesive backed. OPTIONS: Accessories for the switches include switch material, mounting channels, double adhesive mounting stripping, molded terminals, connectors, and vinyl adhesive. DIMENSIONS: Standard switches are 1 foot long with 18-inch leads; optional dimensions are available for an extra charge and additional delivery time. COLOR: Model 101-BMT comes in black or yellow, models 131-A and 131-AMT are black, model 121-BP cones in black or green, and model 141-BPH comes in red, black, or white.

    The ControFlex Foot Switches are waterproof, sealed vinyl foot-operated momentary switches. They are rated at 100 watts and 5 pounds nominal foot pressure and feature normally open contacts. Model 111 has an operating force of 5 pounds; model 111-B is more sensitive with an operating force of 1.5 pounds. The lead wire for both models is 18 AWG and 6 feet long. The switches will operate at temperatures up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit and to 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below. DIMENSIONS: Switches are 2 x 5 x 0.375 inches. Wire is 5/16 inches in diameter. COLOR: Black.

    The Hand Switch, model TAH-180, is a ribbon switch call signal designed for bed patients to signal for help or assistance by flexing or squeezing. These sealed vinyl switches require an operating force of 0.5 pounds and are normally-open, momentary-contact switches. DIMENSIONS: Switch is 2 x 5 x 0.375 inches. COLOR: White.

    The nexGen Encased Linear Switch is a touch switch designed for use by individuals with severe physical, neurological, or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. This momentary-contact, press-at-any-point linear switch is encased in a rugged Lexan housing to withstand being kicked, hit, or kneed to operate. DIMENSIONS: Available in standard lengths up to 72 inches. OPTIONS: Custom color, graphics, and labels. COLOR: The housing is clear.

    The Normally Open Sensing Cells, models NO-1 is a low-profile, sealed sensing switches in wafer form. It feature 2.5 pounds nominal sensitivity with positive bottoming to withstand continuous body weight, and a water resistant sealed casing. This switch can be mounted using Mastic cement, epoxy, DA-12 tape, or the optional metal holder. OPTIONS: Metal holder. DIMENSIONS: 1.5 inch in diameter. COLOR: Black.

    The Pass Panic Alarm Signaling Switch is a call signal designed for use by seniors or individuals with neurological, mobility, or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This device is designed to be installed where people need to signal for help or assistance. It consists of a press-at-any-point switch strip that can be operated by the touch of a finger, hand, elbow or arm. This switch can be used in hospitals, residential care facilities or public buildings.

    The Wheelchair Lift Sensing Mat is a lift sensor mat that is used to detect the presence of a wheelchair or scooter on a bus- or van-mounted lift. When installed on a lift, the mat can be used to signal the van or bus operator that the lift is ready for operation and to detect an unknown or unexpected person or object on the lift and prevent prevent the operator from stowing the lift or moving the vehicle until the object is off of the lift platform. This mat has a durable molded design with parallel-plate switching, and it is moisture- and abrasion-resistant. The nominal switch actuation force is 30 pounds. It has an estimated switch life of over 1 million operations. Each Wheelchair Lift Sensing Mat is custom designed to provide an exact fit for each application. Cutouts and angles are available to accommodate guides, supports, hand rails, and other mechanical features of the lift. POWER: 12 to 24 Volts (AC or DC) at 1.0 amps maximum. COLORS: Black or yellow.
