1. ANKLE FOOT CALF ORTHOSIS

   The Ankle Foot Calf Orthosis is a knee ankle foot orthosis designed to provide temporary immobilization of the leg. Made of perforated foam-lined polyethylene plastic, this orthosis provides rigid, cast-like protection and features six adjustment straps and a padded anterior tongue, and permits radiographic examination. Two presewn cotton stockinettes are included. This orthosis can be modified with heat gun and cast scissors. This orthosis is available in models for the right or left leg. SIZES: Small, medium, large, and extra large. 2. ARTHROSCOPIC TRACTION ASSIST

   The Arthroscopic Traction Assist is a hand splint designed to hang from a traction device to provide proper positioning of the shoulder during arthroscopic surgery and as an assistive suspension device for upper extremity fracture reduction. The orthosis is comprised of a foam lined, hypoallergenic, linear polyethylene plastic with a padded dorsal tongue that enables it to provide rigid cast-like protection. It is customizable using a heat gun and scissors. One presewn double layer cotton stockinette is provided. OPTIONS: Additional stockinette and straps are available separately. 3. CARPAL TUNNEL FLUFFI-SPLINT

   The Carpal Tunnel Fluffi-Splint is a wrist splint designed for use by individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive stress injury, or ulnar and radial nerve palsy. The dorsal design of this brace permits unrestricted functional use of the hand while eliminating pressure on the carpal tunnel. The spint is made of foam-lined high-density polyethylene plastic This splint also has a soft cover and straps. Both the cover and straps wick away moisture and are washable. 4. CARPAL TUNNEL SPLINT

   The Carpal Tunnel Splint is a wrist and forearm splint designed to provide treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive motion injuries. Made of high-density polyethylene, the dorsal splint features three palmar straps to provide static positioning of the wrist or two levels of resistant wrist flexion. The forearm straps are elastic.    The Dynafo Posterior Leaf Springs Ankle Foot Orthosis is designed to provide dynamic dorsiflexion assist, plantar flexion resistance or mild inversion eversion control. These orthoses are anatomically designed to compensate for atrophy and feature a tapered foot from heel to toe to allow wearing in standard shoes They are made of thermovacuum formed polypropylene and feature an articulated calf support cuff with a Velcro strap at the calf. 8. ELBOW ORTHOSIS

   The Elbow Orthosis is an elbow extension orthosis designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. This orthotic limits the range of motion of the elbow and comprises an upper component which consists of a humerus fracture brace and an elbow hinge and a lower component consisting of a forearm-wrist-hand immobilizer. The lower component helps to eliminate distal slippage. The elbow hinge is a limited motion aluminum medial upright that is adjustable in 30-degree increment stops. This joint is slotted to allow adjustments proximal and distal to the elbow. This brace can be customized using a heat gun and scissors. One presewn double layer cotton stockinette is provided. The splint provides for unobstructed radiographic readings while providing rigid cast-like protection.     The Functional Postitioning Orthosis S-Series is a functional position hand splint designed for use by individuals with upper extremity or neurological disabilities. This splint is intended to provide support to the wrist and thumb while allowing the fingers to rest comfortably on the extended padded platform. It is indicated for individuals following a CVA or requiring post-cast fracture or post-surgical immobilization. This orthosis is comprised of a foam lined, hypoallergenic, linear polyethylene plastic with a padded, dorsal tongue that enables it to provide both rigid cast like protection and comfort to the wearer. It is adjustable, allowing it to properly compensate for edema. The brace composition is completely radiolucent. This orthosis is low profile with no external parts to catch on clothing. The usual loop, chafe, and rivet is replaced with a simple static slot and Magic Tape strapping with self engaging hook and loop. The splint is customizable using a heat gun and scissors. 13. MARAMED CUSTOM HKAFO AND KAFO FEMORAL FRACTURE ORTHOSES

    The Maramed Custom HKAFO (Hip Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis) and KAFO (Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis) are fracture orthoses designed for use on the lower extremities. These orthoses enable a medical professional to design a brace specifically to meet the needs of the patient. Available components a waist belt with a joint for a suspension aid, a foam-lined polyethylene formed hip section, a standard quad brim thigh section, a short thigh for tibial plateau fractures, PTB style tibia, standard tibia, a single axis foot component, a heel cup, an ankle foot orthosis, and several knee joint options. 14. MIAMI ADJUSTABLE KNEE ORTHOSIS

    The Miami Adjustable Knee Orthosis provides medial lateral and anterior posterior support of the knee. This brace features an adjustable polycentric knee joint which allows limitation in any desired range of flexion and extension or which allows the joint to be locked at any angle from 0 through 90 degrees. Made of foam-lined, perforated polyethylene plastic, the adjustable brace has a clam shell design which allows for tissue volumetric changes.     The MFP Colles' Fracture brace is a fracture orthosis made of low density, moisture resistant, perforated polyethylene plastic. This foam-padded brace maintains fracture alignment, permits joint mobility, and permits early return to normal functional activities. This orthosis consists of a dorsal section and volar shell extending from MP joints to elbow and secured with two Velcro straps that allow adjustable compression pressure. Designed to be fit to individual patients, the brace positions the wrist in 45 degrees supination with maximum ulnar deviation, 30 degrees wrist flexion, and 30 degrees elbow flexion.     The MFP Tibia Fracture Brace is a two-part functional fracture brace made of moisture resistant, perforated low-density polyethylene plastic with foam padding on the anterior shell. The brace maintains fracture alignment, permits joint mobility, and permits early return to normal functional activities. The system comprises an anterior shell and a posterior shell. Four adjustment straps allow custom fitting and soft tissue compression.
