This machine is available with a choice of four, five, six, seven or eight different wheelchair-accessible exercise stations. The gour station model offers vertical bench press and rowing, seated overhead press, two hi/low pulleys, and lateral pull downs. The unit features a fully-adjustable backrest for behind the neck presses or in front of the shoulder presses. The vertical bench press is height- and width-adjustable and features a removable stool to permit use by both non-disabled and disabled users. When used as a rowing station, the unit provides chest pads for upper torso stabilization. The five-station model offers all the features of the four-station model plus a choice of a leg curl or a vertical butterfly station. The six-station model offers the features of the four-station unit plus the vertical butterfly and a choice of the leg curl or leg press. The seven-station model includes all the stations of the four-station model plus the leg curl, the leg press, and the leg press. The full eight-station model offers all of the features of the seven-station unit plus a lateral deltoid station. A removable stool allows able-bodied weightlifting partners to use both stations. Weight selection is done by moving a single pin. VERTICAL BENCH PRESS: This stations works most of the major upper body muscle groups, including the chest, shoulder, triceps, and back muscles. The bench press is a foundation movement with most muscle training programs. Each arm works independently, allowing the user to select varying weights for each. This equipment is available in two forms: the Home Gym with five stations and the Home Gym with Leg Curl/Extension attachment. The five stations are 1. Vertical Bench Press and Rowing (for major upper body muscle groups including the chest, shoulder, triceps and back muscles); 2. the Seated Military Press (works the chest, shoulder, back, and tricep muscles); 3. one Hi/Lo Pulley (to exercise the chest, shoulder, biceps (front of upper arms), triceps (back of upper arms), and forearm muscles; 4. Lat Pulldown (for biceps and back muscles); and 5. Vertical Butterfly (for shoulder and chest muscles). The home gym also includes a Preacher Bench for bicep curls. The Home Gym with Leg Curl/Extension has the first four stations of the first model, but the Vertical Butterfly station is replaced with a leg curl attachment for working the major muscle groups in the thighs (quadriceps and hamstrings). Made of heavy-duty steel with powder coat finish, this unit fits against a wall , this unit includes vertical bench press and rowing, lateral pull down/high pulley, a low level pulley outlet, and a mid level pulley outlet. This gym also comes with a choice of a 150-pound weight stack or a 200-pound weight stack in ten-pound units. OPTIONS: Vertical butterfly with adjustable range of motion, lap pad/preacher bench, chest pad for rowing, removable rolling stool, gripless arm curl/extension, accessory weight plate holder kit, and others. DIMENSIONS: 3.5 x 3.5 feet.
