    The Elite Winding Drum Home Elevator is a home elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. It has a winding drum drive with a nominal operating speed of 40 feet per minute, programmable solid state controls, an A-style Sierra prewired cab, and two to five stops with up to 50 feet of travel. The machine is installed either adjacent to the elevator shaft or overhead. POWER: Uses household current with battery for emergency lowering and lighting. DIMENSIONS: Available with cabs up to 15 square feet (18 feet of floor space required for installation). CAPACITY: 750 or 950 pounds.

    The Matot Commercial Grade Residential Dumbwaiter is a dumbwaiter designed for use by individuals with mobility or physical disabilities for moving material from floor to floor in multi-level environments. Items that can be handled by this unit include groceries, dishes and cutlery, laundry, firewood, clothing, or luggage. The loading height is counter level, with single side, opposite sides, or adjacent side loading configurations available. The lifting distance is up to 50 feet, with a speed of 50 feet per minute. Other features includes a commercial-grade drive system, microprocessor control systems, swing-type doors with door locks, and stainless steel or primed finishes. OPTIONS: Manually operated vertical bi-parting, slide-up, slide-down and swing-type Underwriters Laboratory (UL) fire-rated entrances; security systems; key locks; keypads; and interfaces to external security systems. SIZES: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, or K. Custom sizes are also available. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): Inside area in inches is 24 x 18 x 18 inches (A), 30 x 20 x 20 inches (B), 30 x 20 x 24 inches (C), 36 x 24 x 24 inches (D), 36 x 24 x 30 inches (E), 36 x 28 x 24 inches (F), 36 x 30 x 30 inches (G), 48 x 30 x 42 inches (H), 36 x 36 x 36 inches (I), 48 x 38 x 38 inches (J), or 48 x 36 x 42 inches (K). The maximum area of the car platform is 1,560 square inches and the maximum height of a dumbwaiter car is 48 inches.

    The Regal Hydraulic Drive Home Elevator is a home elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. It has a roped hydraulic drive with a nominal operating speed of 40 feet per minute, programmable solid state controls, an A-style prewired Sierra cab, emergency lowering and lighting, two to five stops with up to 50 feet of travel, and a separate machine room, which can be located adjacent to the shaftway or in a remote location on any floor. POWER: Uses household current with battery for emergency lowering and lighting. DIMENSIONS: Cab is up to 15 square feet. CAPACITY: 750 or 950 pounds.
