1. B.07 STRAIGHT CHAIR LIFT

   The B.07 Straight Stair Chair Lift is an interior or exterior seat lift designed for use by individuals with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or arthritis. This lift is suitable for residential or commercial use and can be installed indoors or outdoors on a straight staircase, leaving enough room on the staircase for others to walk by. The lift has a half-horsepower motor with a roller chain/sprocket drive system. It can be installed on either side of the staircase and customized with various options, such as a weight capacity upgrade or the ability to run on household current or battery power. Standard features include an aluminum extruded rail; a 45- and 90-degree swivel seat at top and bottom landings; adjustable seat height; adjustable footrest height; a swivel seat handle; a seat belt; flip-up padded armrests; a constant pressure control switch on armrest, with reversible side; wall mounted call/send controls; obstruction sensors; a safety brake on carriage; ABS plastic carriage covers. 2. COMMANDER AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER

   The Commander Automatic Door Opener is a powered door opener and closer designed for use by individuals with physical disabilities and wheelchair users. This unit can be used in residential or commercial settings to convert new or existing swinging doors to automatic operation without modifying existing door frames. It works with both in-swing and out-swing door configurations. It can also be used on wheelchair lifts and elevators. The opening speed and hold open time are both adjustable. A constant spiral spring keeps the door closed during strong winds. The unit can be operated with the included handheld remote control or by pushing a button switch. In addition, when the door is pushed open about five degrees, the unit continues to open the door automatically. The door can still be opened or closed manually after the unit is installed. 3. ECLIPSE RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR

   The Eclipse Residential Elevator is a home elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or who use wheelchairs. This elevator can travel up to 60 feet, with up to six stops. Safety features include a stop switch; battery-powered emergency lowering and lighting; hand crank for manual lowering; motor brake; lockable control panel; elevator door interlocks; stop switch in car; in use indicator lights on hall stations; and, slack chain brake system. 4. ES-125 INCLINED PLATFORM LIFT

   The ES-125 Inclined Platform Lift is a residential wheelchair lift designed to provide multi-level access for individuals with mobility disabilities. PLATFORM UNIT: All platforms have non-skid surfaces and can be folded manually or with the help of an optional power-fold platform. Once folded the unit uses very little space in order to leave the staircase unobstructed. There are two positive action automatic access ramps for straight or 90 degree entry. Three different platforms are available in the following dimensions: 27.5 x 36 inches; 28.5 x 44 inches; 30 x 48 inches. Platforms can be custom built as needed. Options include 3-position safety arms; fold-down seat with safety belt; and powered fold platform. Beige paint on all steel surfaces. Custom colors are available. TRACK: The standard unit spans up to 13 steps, with extra length (steps) available at extra cost. 5. INFINITY RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR

   The Infinity Residential Elevator is a home elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility or walking disabilities or spinal cord injury. This elevator has a 1:2 cable hydraulic drive for smooth starts and stops and comes standard in a two-station model in a choice of two cab styles. Standard features include a scissor gate, automatic cab lighting, vertical stainless steel keyed control panel, melamine wall panels, in-car digital floor indicator, metal car station buttons with halo lighting, emergency stop button, and an emergency alarm button. 6. ORION LU/LA ELEVATOR

   The Orion LU/LA (limited use/limited application) Elevator is a commercial elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility or walking disabilities. This heavy-duty, fully enclosed elevator with automatic sliding doors can be fitted into new or existing low-rise buildings with two to four stories, such as health clinics, schools, or museums. The elevator is operated with a single automatic push button, and serves a maximum of four levels. Safety features include slack rope safeties that lock the elevator onto the rails if a lifting cable loses tension; negative pressure module valve to prevent car movement if hydraulic pressure is lost; backup lighting powered by emergency battery; flow control valve to prevent over-speed in the down direction; interlocks to maintain the door in the closed and locked position before the elevator can move. 11. ROBY POWERED STAIR CLIMBER

    The Roby Powered Stair Climber is an interior or exterior wheelchair lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This portable unit transports wheelchair users up or down straight stairways with a maximum angle of 35 degrees or turnback stairways with flat intermediate landings. The lift adapts to most adult or pediatric manual wheelchairs. It can ascend approximately 23 floors fully loaded on a single battery charge. Safety features include a built-in obstruction sensor and a manual emergency device that permits decent in case of a dead battery. The frame structure is solid steel and offers the same drive unit with four different platform configurations. Its versatile design allows it to be installed inside or outside in both residential or public buildings. This model also features a battery operated emergency system with charger for up and down, and removable panels for easy maintenance.     The Step Saver Straight Stair Chair is an interior seat lift designed for use by individuals with mobility or walking disabilities. This stair lift is designed for use on a straight run stairway features a rigid and compact aluminum rail anchored to the stair treads. Its swivel seat is height- and width-adjustable and locks in 45- and 90-degree positions in both directions. It comes with padded armrests, ABS plastic covers, a footrest, a seatbelt and seat swivel switch.
