   The Abduction Contoured Pad is an abductor designed to support the legs of an individual with spinal cord injury or severe physical or neurological disabilities in abduction while seated in a wheelchair. The Abduction Contoured Pad is made of 16 gauge steel, zinc plated, and formed with recesses for ##10-32 press nuts to attach it to the interface hardware. The pads are designed with internal threads for mounting to support brackets which attach to seat bottom. They are adjustable from front to back, in and out, and up and down. The pad is constructed of steel padded with 1.25 inch closed cell foam and covered with a Rubatex slip cover. A kit contains a pad and all the hardware necessary to mount the pad to the wheelchair seat. SIZES: Adductor pads are available in small and large. 8. ADJUSTABLE BRACKET -- SINGLE, THREE, FIVE, SEVEN & NINE HOLES.

   The Adjustable Brackets are wheelchair seating hardware used in many areas such as wheelchair seat construction and wheelchair seat positioning with seat hooks. Made of stainless steel, both ends are rounded. One end is punched with two 17/64 inch x 5/8 inch slots and the other with a selected number of ##10 through holes.    Adjustable Brackets are multi-hole brackets used in conjunction with seat hooks to enable a variety of seat positioning in wheelchairs. They are made of 11 gauge stainless steel with a 35 degree angle and available with 2, 3 4, 6, or 8 holes. Also available is an 8 hole, 2 inch extra long model. COLOR: Black.

10. CLAMP-- POSITIONING, SWIVEL HOLD DOWN, FIXED HOLD DOWN

    These Clamps are seating hardware designed to be used in wheelchair seating systems. The Positioning Clamp has applications where clamping of the mounting hardware is fastened to the tubing of the wheelchair. It is most often used on the rear of the wheel base to position the chair initially and to keep the chair from shifting. The Swivel Clamp is a riveted one-piece design, used for securing the seat to the wheel base or wheelchair. By turning the swivel hold-down 90 degrees, complete seating device can be removed from the wheelchair without losing the seat position. The Fixed Clamp is a welded, one-piece design used for positioning and clamping seat units to wheel bases or wheelchairs. These clamps are deburred for a smooth finish. 11. CONTOUR SEAT CUSHION (MODEL SC1500)

    The Contoured Seat Cushion, model SC1500, is a wheelchair seat cushion with a contoured base designed for individuals with severe physical disabilities who spend extended time in a wheelchair. The cushion is made of a variety of open-cell and closed-cell foams, starting with a closed-cell base and a contoured open-cell layer. Then a one-inch Viscoelastic contouring foam is overlayed, providing maximum pressure distribution. Velcro strips are sewn in the Rubatex slipcover for secure seat placement. A pommel is located in the front center of the cushion, providing leg troughs. Fits wheelchair widths 14 inches to 22 inches. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): Available from 2 3/8 inches x 17 inches x 14 inches seat with a 10 5/8 inch base width and a 5-inch pommel, to 2 3/8 inches x 20 inches x 22 inches with a 18 5/8 inch base width with a 6-inch pommel. 12. CONTOURED BACK (MODEL CB2000)

    The Contoured Back, model CB2000, is a curved back insert for wheelchairs designed to position individuals with severe physical disabilities when seated in a wheelchair. The Back Support Panel is made of high-strength aluminum alloy laminated with a black textured vinyl and edged with a continuous neoprene edging which is formed for a contoured fit. All mounting holes are a stardard one-inch between centers. Mounting hardware allows for a variety of back angle adjustments with positive locking. The BAB provides for maximum lumbar support. OPTIONS: CB Lateral Pad Set are 3 inch x 6 inch Contoured Lateral Support Pads which have a slim-line design with closed-cell pads and a rubatex slipcover. 20. OCCIPITAL ANGLE BAR (MODELS 1681 & 1683)

    The Occipital Angle Bar is a neck support designed to provide head, neck, trunk, and shoulder support for individuals with severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury during wheelchair use. The bar is made of high strength aluminum alloy padded with high resiliant foam tubing and covered with a Lycra slip cover. The bars are U shaped with a 30-degree angle at the bends. The unit includes two quarter-inch 20 x 0.5 inch SHHD screws for attaching to the Swivel Tube or "T" Tube-Plate weldment. SIZES: Available in small and large DIMENSIONS: The foam is 1.5 inches in diameter. The horizontal section of the bar is 4 inches long. The angled sections are 3 inches long on the small bar and 5 inches long on the large bar.

21. OCCIPITAL RING WITH HINGE BRACKET (MODELS 1456, 1455, 1467, & 1468)

    The Occipital Rings are neck supports designed for head, neck, trunk, and shoulder support during wheelchair use. The ring is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and covered with high density tubular foam and a Lycra form-fitting slip cover. The hinge bracket at the back of the ring is designed to interface with the swivel tube hardware for use on a wheelchair. SIZES: Available in small child, large child, small adult and large adult. DIMENSIONS: The width between the support tubes is 3.5 inches for a small child, 4.25 inches for a small adult, 4.75 inches for a large child, and 5.5 inches for a large adult. 31. SOLID SEAT (MODEL SS1000)

    The Solid Seat, model SS1000, is a drop seat for a wheelchair designed for use by individuals with a need for a lower seat due either to a high cushion or who propel the wheelchair with their feet. The Drop Seat is made of durable HDPP and fits most manual and powered wheelchairs. The hole pattern accomodates one-inch mounting increments. Velcro strips are provided to secure a cushion. The hardware adjusts from one-inch above a tube frame to 3 inches below a tube frame. 32. SPACER KIT

    Spacer Kits are seating hardware designed to be used in wheelchair seating systems. Along with adjustable brackets, spacers are used to space out hooks. For example, a spacer is used when mounting a 14-inch seating system on a 15-inch wheelchair. Spacers are fabricated from a solid piece of aluminum with clearance holes for ##10-32 screws placed on 1/2 inch centers.     The Trunk Pad is a torso support designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury while seated in a wheelchair. Curved to fit body contours, it can adapt to many positioning applications. The Trunk Pad is made of 16 gauge steel, zinc-plated, and formed with recesses for ##10-32 press nuts to attach it to the back of a wheelchair. The recessed area is placed, vertically, in the middle of the pad. The Trunk Pad is padded and is available covered with a variety of upholstery. The pads are sold individually. OPTIONS: Available in metal only, or with a covering of terry, Lycra, or heavy-weight nylon. SIZES: Available in small, medium, and large. DIMENSIONS: All Trunk Pads are 5/8 inch thick. The small size is 4.5 inches wide x 3 inches high; the medium size is 6 inches wide x 3.5 inches high; and the large size is 7.5 inches wide x 4.5 inches high.
