1. ALL STAR CUSHION (MODELS SC3030 & SC3031)

   The All Star Cushion, models SC3030 and SC3031, is a foam seat cushion designed for use by active wheelchair users who require mild to moderate lateral stability and mild to moderate pelvic and leg support. The cushion is made with layers of high resiliency polyurethane and visco foam. An internal anti-thrust shelf and lateral wedges create pelvic stability which discourages sacral sitting and relieves pressure from the ischial areas. The cushion comes standard with exterior and interior incontinent resistant covers. Model SC3031 includes a drop base to secure the cushion to chair and adjust seat to floor height. 3. E Z BACK SYSTEM (MODELS EZL2001, EZL2002, & EZL2003)

   The E Z Back System, models EZL2001, EZL2002, and EZL2003, is a back support that can be mounted on sling back wheelchairs, commodes, driver or automobile passenger seats, or chairs. The system includes two laterals, a Velcro back, and a front panel with lumbar support. The system's lateral supports are independent of one another, so they are interchangeable from side to side.    The iTilt2 is a manual reclining tilt in space wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity and mobility disabilities and spinal cord injury. It has dynamic tilt up to 47 degrees and manual recline up to 30 degrees. FRAME: 16, 18, 20, 22, or 24 inches wide. It has a tension adjustable spring tilt system with dual locking strut, care giver control lever, and tilt angle indicator. This cushion has moderate to high positioning and pressure relief features, and can be customized to meet specific positioning requirements. The Pro Custom Cushion has a high resiliency foam base with a pommel and side wedges providing strong pelvic stability and leg positioning. The cushion is topped with a gel overlay that redistributes pressure away from the ischials and coccyx to help prevent pressure sores. The gel layer has vapour transmission properties to help keep the body cool, dry and comfortable. Two removable covers are included for moisture protection. The breathable outer air mesh cover has a backing to provide double moisture protection with a non-slip bottom and loop fastener strips. The inner cover is a fluid proof incontinence-resistant cover and is machine washable. Model SC3023 includes a drop base to secure the cushion to chair and adjust seat to floor height. This cushion is composed of high resiliency polyurethane and visco foam layers built around an aggressive internal ischial and lateral wedged structure that provides forward and rearward pelvic stability and leg positioning. The internal wedged design provides additional trochanteric support by distributing the weight load away from the ischials, and throughout the cushion structure. The foam layering provides immersion and comfort over extended periods of seating. The Super Star Cushion comes with exterior and interior incontinent resistant covers. 14. SYNERGEL DIMENSIONS PAD

    The Synergel Dimensions Pad is a gel flotation seat pad and decubitis pad designed for use by wheelchair users to prevent pressure sores. The pads can improve comfort while protecting boney prominences and preventing or reducing shear, impact, vibration and harmful pressure related problems. The pad is made of of a silicone polymer with the same physical characteristics as human fat tissue. Its cellular structure allows air to circulate between cells to minimize heat and moisture build up. The polymer is a solid and does not flow or leak if cut or punctured. It does not dry out over time. This cushion returns to and maintain its shape for many years and does not bottom out. Its softness (durometer) is unchanged at any temperature. The polymer is odorless and hypoallergenic and does not contain latex or isocynates. It can be gently submerged completely in water for cleaning. The air mesh covers are breathable, temperature regulating and washable. The cover is zippered to allow removal for washing. DIMENSIONS (WxD): 14 x 14 inches; 16 x 16 inches; 18 x 18 inches.

15. U FORM DEEP CONTOUR BACK

    The U Form Deep Contour Back is a foam back support cushion for use on wheelchairs. The segmented foam structure is available in multiple configurations allowing the back cushion to be built to meet the user's requirements. Sections can be removed, exchanged with other foam densities or removed to accommodate specific positioning needs. The segmented foam structure is formed with an additional 0.75-inch topper for added comfort and transition between the outer cover and the firmer inner foam segmented level. OPTIONS: Foam structures, including oval formed sectional cut out; V trough sectional cut out; firm density cubed segment replacement strips with 10 cube segments per strip; lateral foam pieces; customization kit with 2 ovals, 4 cubed strips and 4 lateral pieces; sets of 4 1.5 or 2 inch extended mounting pins; and tray (clear or black).
