1. DOVER ROB-NEL URETHRAL CATHETER

   The Dover Rob Nel Urethral Catheter is an internal urinary catheter designed for use by males with spinal cord injury. This latex-free intermittent catheter is made of a thermosensitive polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material with a smooth rounded tip, integral tapered funnel and two staggered eyes. The catheter is radiopaque and visualized in X-ray pictures. SIZES: French sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30. DIMENSIONS: 16 inches long.

2. MONOJECTOR

   Monojector is a pen shaped puncture device for self monitoring of blood sugar levels by diabetics. Sterile lancet is inserted into device and positioned over finger. Button is pushed to puncture finger. Comes with 6 lancets, re- usable once or twice if carefully cleaned with alcohol and covered, lancets become dull if used too often. Includes 4 re-usable end caps to control depth of puncture.

3. SURECARE SLIP-ON UNDERGARMENTS

   SureCare Slip-On Undergarments are incontinence pants designed for use by individuals with urinary incontinence. This cloth-like undergarment has absorbent polymers to provide protection for users with moderate incontinence. Leg cuffs provide a barrier against leakage. A tear-away side seam on the waistband aids in garment changes. SIZES: One size fits most.

4. VERSA-PAC REUSABLE HEAVY DUTY COLD PACKS

   The Versa-Pac Reusable Heavy Duty Cold Packs are cold packs designed for use by individuals with arthritis, pain, or swelling. These cold packs have a non-toxic, colorless gel filling and a latex-free outer shell. They are pliable and soft enough to allow a molded fit to the desired body part. When not in use, these cold packs should be stored in the freezer. SIZES: Standard (model 563196), cervical (model 563197), oversize (model 563198), and half size (model 563199). DIMENSIONS: Model 563196 is 11 x 14 inches, model 563197 is 23 inches, model 563198 is 11 x 21 inches, and model 563199 is 7.5 x 11 inches. COLOR: Pearlescent blue finish. 5. XEROFORM PETROLATUM GAUZE

   XEROFORM Petrolatum Gauze is a wound care product designed for use by individuals with decubitus, pressure sores or ulcers. This gauze clings and conforms to all body contours but is non-adhesive. It is made of a petrolatum blend on fine mesh with 3-percent bismuth tribromophenate to help promote moist wound healing and bacteriostatic action in light exudating wounds. In deep and shallow wounds the dressing can be used for compression therapy. DIMENSIONS: Available in the following sizes (LxW): Overwraps - 8 x 1 inches and 9 x 5 (50 per box); Rolls - 36 x 4 inches; and 8 x 1 inches, 2 x 2 inches, 4 x 4 inches, and 5 x 8 inches (50 per box).
