   Bump-Dots are tactile markers designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. These smooth, raised tactile dots have an adhesive back, and can be used to tactually mark appliances, computer keyboards, typewriters, etc. The adhesive will not damage product surfaces.    The Advocate Redi-Code Talking Glucose Meter, model TD-4223, is a voice output glucose analyzer designed for use by individuals with diabetes who are blind or have low vision. Each entry can store one phone number of up to 48 digits and 7 seconds voice recording of additional data such as an address. The user can command the unit to dial a certain number.
