1. ALTERED SWEAT PANTS & SWEATSHIRTS

   Altered Sweat Pants and Sweat Shirts are custom-adapted swatshirts and sweatpants altered to wearer specifications. Adaptations include open end zippers down the front or back or front-opening conversion with snaps to a cardigan style for the sweatshirt. Zipper or Velcro closure along one or both sides and a fly front zipper are available on the pants. SIZES: Men's or women's small, medium, large, extra large, extra extra large, or extra extra extra large. COLOR: Assorted.

2. BACK OVERLAPPED DRESS

   The Back Overlapped Dress is designed for female wheelchair users and women confined to bedrest, and for caregivers to facilitate dressing a woman who is sitting or lying down. This back opening dress allows the fabric to fall together when standing or to be separated for personal needs. A double yoke in the back keeps the user's shoulders warm. All seams are double-sewn for durability. Buttons at the shoulders avoid pressure points. The dress features patch pockets, is knee-length in a seated position, and is available with long or short sleeves. OPTIONS: A name may be embroidered on the yoke. SIZES: Small to Extra Extra Extra Large. COLOR: Lilac, blue, purple, dark green or pink yokes with coordinating prints; pink, green, red, lavender or blue prints; blue denim.

3. COVER-UP (MODEL 615)

   Cover-Up, model 615, is a poncho-style robe designed for use by wheelchair users. This versatile garment can be used as a robe or for extra warmth when moving between the shower and bedroom. It goes over the head and is cut so the knees are covered when sitting. The back comes to the seat of the chair for transferring. The robe is made from a synthetic fabric and is washable. One size fits all. COLOR: Navy, green, or aqua.

4. ELASTIC WAIST PANTS

   The Elastic Waist Pants are slacks designed to provide ease of dressing for individuals with physical disabilities. The pull-on pants have double-sewn seams and are available in polyester/cotton poplin, cotton denim, or polyester/cotton denim. OPTIONS: Pockets and a fly zipper are available at an extra charge. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra-large, extra-extra-large, and extra-extra-extra-large. COLOR: The denim pants are blue. The poplin pants are available in navy, tan, medium blue, or burgundy.

5. FEEDING BIBS AND FASHION BIBS

   The Feeding Bibs and Fashion Bibs are adult bibs designed for use by individuals with eating, feeding, or swallowing disabilities. The Feeding Bibs ($7.50) are made of terrycloth on a choice of a ripstop nylon or rubber-backed fabric backings. These large square bibs feature knit ribbing at the neck and snap closure at the back of the neck. The Fashion Bibs ($7.50). These triangular bibs are made of dress fabric or men's shirt fabric, lined with ripstop nylon or rubber-backed fabric as a moisture barrier, and tie with a knot at the neck. OPTIONS: Snaps can be added at the bottom of the Feeding Bib to create a food spill catch. An extra layer can be added to the Fashion Bib ($10) for extra absorbency. DIMENSIONS: The Feeding Bibs are 20 x 21 inches. COLOR: The Feeding Bibs ar standard in white; colors are available on request. The Fashion Bibs are available in women's prints and men's plaids.

   The Front Opening Dress is a women's dress designed to be worn by women who use wheelchairs. The wrinkle-resistant, colorfast cotton dress has a fuller cut than commercial dresses and a length designed to cover the knees in a seated position. The collarless short-sleeved dress features large patch pockets, pearl snaps down the front, and double-sewn seams. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra large, extra extra large, and extra extra extra large. COLOR: Rose print, blue print, red print, lavender print, green print, and blue denim.

7. FRONT OPENING DRESS WITH COLLAR

   The Front Opening Dress with Collar is a women's dress designed to provide ease in dressing for women with physical disabilities. made of wrinkle-resistant, color-fast cotton, this dress features double-sewn seams, a V neck with a notched collar, short sleeves, front patch pockets, and a tie belt. A choice of button, snaps, or a zipper down the front is offered. SIZES: Small, medium, large, or extra-large. COLOR: Rose, blue, green, red, or lavender print or blue denim.

8. FRONT OPENING NIGHTGOWN

   The Front Opening Nightgown is a women's nightgown designed to provide ease in dressing for women with physical disabilities. Designed with double sewn seams, elbow-length sleeves, and snaps down the full length of the front, the garment may also be worn as a robe. This nightgown is available in cotton, double-napped flannel, or satin-backed flannel. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra-large, extra-extra-large, and extra-extra-extra-large. COLOR: The cotton gown is available in bright floral prints, the flannel version is offered in plain pastels, and the satin-backed flannel is available in white.

9. HOODED PONCHO / CAPE

   The Hooded Poncho/Cape is designed for people who use wheelchairs. Available in unlined cotton/poly, rainproof nylon packcloth, or fleece-lined rainproof packcloth, the poncho features a full hood, front opening with a large zipper, side wheel clearance, hand openings, and a longer front to cover the legs. All fabrics are washable in cool water. OPTIONS: Fleece mittens to match the poncho linings are available. SIZES: An adult one-size fits-all is standard. Adult extra-large and children's sizes are available. COLOR: The unlined poncho is available in navy, tan, or country green. The packcloth ponchos are avaiable in tan, burgundy, or navy.

10. LADIES TOPS

    The Ladies Tops are back overlapped women's blouses designed for women with limited arm mobility or for women who are dressed by caregivers. The smock-style blouse is available with long or short sleeves, opens flat for ease in dressing, and closes with two buttons at each shoulder. The back overlaps, creating a double yoke for added warmth. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra-large, extra-extra-large, and extra-extra-extra-large. COLOR: Denim or pink, blue, green, red, or lavender/purple prints.

11. LAP ROBE

    The Lap Robe is designed to keep warm the legs of wheelchair users and others who must remain seated for extended periods. The robe is similar to a large apron with a waistband that wraps around the wearer's back and fastens to itself in the front with snaps. The front of the robe is a cotton print and the underside consists of two layers of flannel for warmth.OPTIONS: Custom sizes and shapes are available. DIMENSIONS: 30 x 32 inches. COLOR: Rose print, blue print, green print, red print, and lavender/purple print.

12. MEN'S SHIRT WITH BACK OVERLAPPED

    The Men's Shirt with Back Overlapped is a shirt designed for men with limited arm mobility. The wrinkle-resistant, colorfast cotton shirt features an open back that overlaps for closure using two snaps on each shoulder and one on the collar, large arm openings for relaxed fit, and long sleeves with continuous cuffs that slip over the hands. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra large, extra extra large, and custom sizes. COLOR: Plaids suited for navy or blue pants and plaids suited for tan or brown pants.

13. NIGHT GOWN FOR MEN OR WOMEN

    The Night Gown for Men or Women is a men's or women's nightshirt designed to allow caregivers to dress a seated or lying individual. Available in cotton or double-napped flannel, the Gown features an open back which overlaps for privacy; snaps at the shoulder help keep it closed. Other features include a double yoke in back for warmth, front V-neck with a pleat for extra fullness, elbow-length sleeves, and double-sewn seams. The long-sleeved outfit features a zipper sewn in the back from neck to waist. OPTIONS: A zipper extending below the waist and a heavy-duty zipper. 16. PANTS JUMPER

    The Pants Jumper is a women's jumpsuit designed to prevent women with cognitive disabilities from undressing themselves inappropriately. This jumpsuit is available in poplin, cotton denim, or poly/cotton blend stretch denim and features a zipper down the back covered with a tab at the top, crotch length adjustment, elastic side insets at the waist, and large front patch pockets. SIZES: Small, medium, large, extra-large, and extra-extra large. COLOR: The poplin jumpsuit is available in navy, tan, burgundy, or medium blue.

17. PANTS WITH SIDE OPENINGS

    The Pants with Side Openings are wheelchair trousers or slacks designed to be worn by men or women who use wheelchairs. Available in polyester/cotton poplin, polyester/cotton denim, or cotton denim, these pants feature a choice of 18-inch or full-length side seam openings with Velcro, a zipper, or a combination of a zipper and Velcro. The pants feature front pleats, mock fly front, large pockets on the upper thigh with flaps and Velcro closure, double-sewn seams, and an elastic back waist. OPTIONS: Velcro fly, no fly on women's slacks, and an opening in the crotch seam for a catheter. SIZES: Men's and Women's Small, medium, large, extra large, extra extra large, and extra extra extra large. COLOR: Navy, medium blue, bugundy, or tan poplin and blue denim.

18. SITTING PANTS

    Sitting Pants are wheelchair trousers designed for men or women who use wheelchairs. These pants feature a higher back with an elastic waist to accommodate the seated position, a lower front with a solid waist band, and a long fly zipper that extends to the crotch seam. These pants are available in cotton denim, stretch denim, poplin, or twill. OPTIONS: Thigh or leg pockets and pull-on loops. SIZES: Small (28 to 30 inch waist), medium (32 to 34 inch waist), large (36 to 40 inch waist), extra-large (42 to 44 inch waist), extra-extra large (46 to 48 inch waist), and extra-extra-extra large (50 to 54 inch waist). COLOR: The denim and stretch denim pants are denim blue. The twills are navy. The poplin pants are available in navy, tan, medium blue, and burgundy.

19. SKIRTS

    The Skirts are designed to provide ease of dressing for women with physical disabilities. The full-length skirts wrap around and fasten at the waist with two buttons. The overlap panel may be worn either in the front or the back. The skirt features a full elastic waist with four button choices for size and comfort adjustment. SIZES: Medium or large. COLOR: Rose print, blue print, green print, red print, lavender print, and a selection of solid colors.

20. WALKER AND WHEELCHAIR BAGS

    The Walker and Wheelchair Bags are designed to provide carrying assistance for people who use whelchairs or walkers. All styles are made of washable packcloth (400 denier nylon with a waterproof coating) and feature Velcro straps to hold them in place. The Style A Walker Bag ($25) secures to the front bar and and legs of the walker with five Velcro straps and features flap closure and inside compartments. Style B ($15) is a saddle-bag style pouch and secures to the side of a walker or over a wheelchair armrest. One side features one large pocket and the other side is split into two pockets. Style C ($10) is a somewhat smaller version of style B designed for use on the side rail of a walker. Style D ($10) is designed to carry a reacher and secures with Velcro to the top and one leg of a walker. DIMENSIONS (WXD): Style A is 18 x 12 inches; style B is 11 x 8 inches; style C is 8 x 8 inches. Style D is 20 inches long and 6 inches wide. COLOR: Nay or tan.
