Model IL89 provides access to straight run and multiple level, winding stairways. Model IL92 provides access to straight run stairways with intermediate landings. Both models can be equipped with a fold down seat to accomodate seated passengers. PLATFORM UNIT: The platform measuring 28 x 35 inches, 30 x 41 inches, or 30 x 48 inches, has a power fold up mechanism for storage at top or bottom landing. It protrudes no more than 24.5 inches when folded and 47.25 inches when not folded. Model 92 can be designed with a platform that can either be entered from the side or either end. The elevator is equipped with two guide rails that mount to one load-bearing wall. No shaft or hoistway is needed. The elevator can travel up to sixteen feet vertically, and travels at a speed of 20 feet per minute. The Minivator’s drive system uses a .75 horsepower open drip-proof motor with brake and manual lowering access port and as 80:1 helical-worm unit with double 1 1/4" diameter output shafts. The drive motor is 120 volt, 10.5 amps, 1140 RPM, 1 Phase, 60-cycle, and is reversing. The elevator car is suspended by two .25-inch diameter, 7 x 19 strand, 7000-pound breaking strength aircraft cables. The car has a steel and plexiglass construction. The elevator can accommodate most wheelchairs. This lift, which has an integrated toe guard, is a freestanding unit that requires minimal construction to provide access to a home or other structure. The lift consists of a drive system, the passenger platform, and doors or gates. The platform is enclosed on four sides and has doors on two opposing sides. Safety features include constant pressure operating switches; an emergency stop button with alarm; and key lock controls to prevent unauthorized use. There are full-length grab bars on each wall and slip-resistant surfaces on the platform floor. The lift moves at a vertical speed of 9 to 12 feet per minute. POWER: The powered ballscrew drive requires a 115-volt alternating current (VAC), 60 hertz, 20 amp service line. Control and operating circuits are serviced by a 12-volt direct current (VDC) power supply. There are three models in this series for use in applications where a compact, low-rise lift is needed to serve a limited number of people. PLATFORM UNIT: It has a 12 square foot platform. A 90 degree platform (for side entrance) with a standard platform gate is standard. Platform guard rails and safety pan are also standard. Top landing gates and platform gates are optional. Standard color is "desert sand", but special colors can be ordered. TOWER: Tower is made or 16 gauge steel sheet and encloses the mechanical and electrical mechanisms. Lifting heights are as follows: Model 48A, 48 inches; Model 48B, 48 inches; Model 72B, 72 inches. CONTROLS: he standard platform control switch is key activated.
