1. BARIATRIC CRUTCH HAND GRIPS-SOLID

   The Bariatric Crutch Hand Grips-Solid are crutch hand grips designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or walking disabilities. These handgrips are used on the manufacturer's model 8130 crutches and are replacement grips for these crutches. The contoured grips are designed to limit rotation and keep the user's hands comfortable. CAPACITY: 1,000 pounds. COLOR: Solid grey.

   The Bariatric Large Base-Quad Cane is a height- adjustable quad cane designed for use by individuals with balance and walking disabilities. Made of steel, this cane features a twist locking ring to provide additional security during height adjustment. Other features include a large-base footprint for maximum stability and walking assistance, large height adjustment ranges, and a PVC contoured hand grip. 3. BASE MATE MODULAR ADAPTIVE SEATING SYSTEM

   Geriatric chair on wheeled based for persons ranging from 4 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 4 inches in height. Anterior wedged seat, seat depth adjustable 15 inches to 21 3/4 inches in 3/4 inches increments, lower back section is 11 1/2 inches high. Upper back section comes in three sizes. Quick release side support panels, angle adjusters to adjust seat to back angle, quick-release contoured headrest, and safety belt. Four casters, two with locks.

4. CHAIR MATE ADAPTIVE SEATING SYSTEM

   Seating system with ABS plastic solid base. Covered in vinyl upholstered foam. Drop hooks allow 9 different positions. As its highest, seat is level with seat rail and has 2 inches of tri-density foam. At its lowest, seat is 3 inches below seat rail. Terry cloth cover available. Lowest back height from seat 16 inches, the highest back height 4 inches above the push handles of standard adult wheelchair. Flat lateral supports adjustable both vertically and horizontally. Lateral supports available in two sizes; Regular (7 inches by 4 inches) and Large ( 8 inches by 5 inches). Contoured headrest available. System can be installed on any standard wheelchair.

5. CPSC CORNER SEAT & CPSC CORNER SEAT WITH TRAY (MODELS CS-01 TO CS-03 & CT-01 TO CT-03)

   Corner Seat supports young children in a good seated position and helps them gain independent sitting. The seat is available in three height sizes: small (6 1/2 inches), medium (8 1/2 inches), large (11 inches) and comes with built in pommel and adjustable back support. Padding, seatbelts and/or chestbelts may be easily be added. Available with adjustable tray.

6. CPSC FOAM IN PLACE SEATING KIT (MODEL FP O1)

   Casting frame and kit, model FP 01, allow custom molding of seat and/or back cushions on site. Foam is 2 part liquid Sunmate in soft, medium, or firm density. Casted cushions can be finished by trimming to fit and installing in modular plastic shells with lycra cover. Or cushions can be sent back to CPSC for vinyl covering and installation in shell. Shells available in 12, 14, 16, and 18 inch widths, any seat depth or back height. Full insert shell available with 90, 105, 120, 135 degree seat to back angle. Can be ordered as full insert or with any CPSC modular seat or back cushions.

7. CPSC SIDE LAYING POSITIONERS (MODELS SL 01 & SL 02)

   Cpsc side lying positioners allow persons to lie on their left or right side. Soft, flexible foam, slightly troughed to help hold a person in place. Covered with durable Naugahyde. The deep trough positioner has the bottom sloped at 35 degrees to hold a person in place without use of belts or other restraints. The shallow trough positioner has the bottom sloped at 10 degrees with belts for firm support.

8. CPSC STANDARD BACK (MODELS SB-01 THRU SB-06)

   Seating insert. The standard back has integral waist bolsters that contribute to central positioning of the lower spine. Chest bolsters may be added easily without modifying the upholstery.

9. CPSC STANDARD POMMEL SEAT (MODELS SP-01 THRU SP-06)

   Wheelchair seat insert with integral pelvic bolsters and tapered side sections for pelvic centralization. Has a 15 degree wedged seat, a thigh shelf and an integral abduction pommel to provide good positioning and weight distribution. Standard cushion is removable and vinyl covered. Options include polyfoam or viscofoam cushion, lateral padding, reinforced side panels. 7 sizes: 11 inches wide by 13 inches deep, 12 by 14 inches, 13 by 17 1/2 inches, 14 by 18 inches, 15 by 20 1/ 2 inches, 16 by 20 1/2 inches, 17 by 22 inches.

10. CPSC THERAPY SHAPES: RAMPS (MODELS TR-01 TO TR-03) & CYLINDERS (MODELS TC-01 TO TC-03)

    Cpsc therapy shapes have been designed to allow optimum positioning. Firm but flexible foam, covered with Naugahyde. Wedges or ramps: 24 by 24 by 6 inches high, 24 by 24 by 8 inches high, or 24 by 24 by 10 inches high. Cylinders: 8 inches diameter by 36 inches long, 10 inches diameter by 52 inches long, or 12 inches by 52 inches long.

11. CPSC TRANSFER SEAT (MODELS TS-02, TS-04, & TS-06)

    Wheelchair insert with integral pelvic bolsters and tapered side sections for pelvic centralization. Seat has 7 slope and a flat front profile. Unit clips directly over the wheelchair seat frame tubes, it seats the persons lower than normal for easier transfers, while still providing appropriate positioning.

12. CPSC WHEELCHAIR TRAYS (MODELS LT 01, LT 03, LT 11, & LT 13)

    Wheelchair lapboards, ABS plastic. Safety rim around the perimeter keeps articles from sliding off. Inside edge may be modified as required. The tray attaches to any size wheelchair with brackets.

13. FORFAR FLYER.

    Child transporter can be used in institutions or at home. The transporter looks like a stretcher with a mesh fabric covering. The cart includes leg extensions to provide two heights: 12 inches or 34 inches from the floor. At the lower level the child can propell the cart along the floor. Two detachable side rails and a detachable head rail. Four 5 inch swivel casters. Chrome palted steel frame. Overall length 42.25 inches, overall width 22 inches. 14. GC RECLINERS

    Reclining geriatric chair. Tubular steel frame, chrome plated. Gray rubber 5 inch swivel casters with nylon hubs. Five position reclining back (maximum 70 degrees from the upright position) with easy access lock/release mechanism on the rear of the push bar. Adjustable wheelchair tray with raised rim. 15. HORIZON RECLINER (MODELS HR300 & HR400)

    Reclining geriatric chair. The top of the back folds to the rear to facilitate attendant transfers, or the extension can be removed to convert the chair to a standard height back. 19. QUAD-LINK RETRACTABLE MOUNT.

    The Tarsys Quad-Link Retractable Mount is a joystick holder designed to provide wheelchair users with broader access to tables and desks. This link system allows the user to independently retract and move the joystick nine inches back from its normal driving system. It is also designed to maintain correct joystick orientation to allow the user to maneuver the wheelchair with the joystick in a fully retracted position. The link system is adjustable in order to accomodate the strength and ability of its user and is compatible with most wheelchair models. The device can be installed for right or left hand operation.

20. SELF PROPELLED STRETCHER WITH SIDE RAILS

    Reclining wheelchair conversion transforms a normal reclining wheelchair frame into an orientation in space wheelchair frame. Maintains a fixed hip position. Seat width adjusts 14 to 18 inches. 1. AQUATEC ELAN

   The Aquatec Elan is a portable powered bath lift designed for use by adults with mobility disabilities. This lift fits standard tubs and features a non-reclining backrest and a floating hand-held controller. The unit includes latex-free cover mats and suction cups to secure the base to the tub. Side flaps fold in as the lift is lowered. POWER: Uses a sealed lead acid battery with no memory (battery and charger are included). The battery supports multiple up and down cycles per charge, with the number depending on user weight. The lift safety feature does not permit the lift to lower if insufficient battery power remains to raise the lift. OPTIONS: Pillow, wedge cushion, carrying bag set, and others. 2. STRONGARM FOREARM CANE

   The STRONGARM Forearm Cane is a forearm cane or crutch desined for use by individuals with balance or walking disabilities. The device is shaped similarly to an offset cane and combines a handgrip and bracing element in a handle that shifts loads from wrists to forearms. The handle is formed from a single length of tubing to deliver forearm crutch performance without multi-piece assemblies or large plastic sections. The cushioned cradle ties lower shaft movements to the stable forearm rather than the flexible wrist. The bracing action of the cradle fully stabilizes the wrist and places the forearm at an angle designed to make the StrongArm feel like a solid extension of the arm. The crutch is fully adjustable and works with either arm. It is equipped with a high-density foam Grip and cradle sleeve. Other feature include lobes on the tightening nut to improve grip, anodized aluminum parts, and a hexagonal floor tip with angled sides that flatten out to form a larger footprint for a better grip.
