1. AUTOSTEP

   The AutoStep is a gait trainer designed for use by children with lower extremity, mobility, or walking disabilities. This unit cues proper stepping patterns for individuals with high or low function. The unit attaches to many walkers, including all Rifton Pacers (not included; see entry) and most LiteGait models on and off the treadmill, and provides a constant symmetric cue for the user to achieve a more symmetrical gait pattern. Adjustable tension bands attach to the user's feet to accommodate users with high or low muscle tone. The unit promotes increased step length, facilitates lower extremity advancement and foot clearance, helps to improve dissociation of the lower extremities, and provides a dynamic/active stretch to the legs. SIZES: Small for individuals with 12-inch step length, medium for individuals with 18-inch step length, or large for individuals with 21-inch step length.

2. GAITKEEPER (MODEL GK2200T)

   The GaitKeeper rehab treadmill, model GK2200T, is a treadmill exerciser designed for use by individuals with neurological, lower extremity, or walking disabilities during rehabilitation and ambulation training. Integratable with the LiteGait (see separate entries), this high-torque treadmill has a cushioned running surface and a 4-horsepower direct current (DC) motor that can move the user at speeds as slow as 0.1 mile per hour. This treadmill includes a full-featured hand-held remote and a display panel that rotates up to 45 degrees for clinician visibility. Distance readout is in feet for accurate charting of progress. The treadmill has adjustable inclines from 0 to 15 percent. Other features include heart rate control and five preset programs. OPTIONS: Medical handrails. 3. GAITKEEPER REHAB TREADMILL (MODELS 1800T & 2000T)

   The GaitKeeper Rehab Treadmill is a treadmill exerciser designed for use by individuals with mobility or walking disabilities during rehabilitation and ambulation training. This high-torque treadmill has a 3-horsepower motor that can move the user at speeds as slow as 0.1 mile per hour. The control panel is movable to be within reach of the clinician. Distance readout is in feet for accurate charting of progress. The treadmill has adjustable inclines.OPTIONS: 14-inch platform for both models. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Model 1800T is 64 x 23 inches with a walking surface of 50 x 18 inches and step up height of 6.25 inches. 4. HUGN-GO (MODELS 100, 200 & 350)

   The HugN-Go, models 100, 200 and 350, is a walker with an incorporated sit to stand lift designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or walking disabilities. This walker can lift a user from a sitting to standing position and and then provides support as the user walks. The lift mechanism is controlled with a handheld pendant. The unit's integrated sit-to-stand lift can help the user to move in and out of a chair or wheelchair, on and off the toilet, from a seated position on the side of a mat or bed. The unit then serves as a walker and gait trainer. A safety harness fits around the hips and under the crotch to prevent slipping and falling and assists with balance during ambulation. The walker rolls over the floor, and the base opens to fit around wide chairs and closes to fit through most doorways. Model 100 is designed for children up to 60 inches tall; model 200 accommodates children or adults up to 72 inches tall; and model 350 is designed for users up to 76 inches tall. POWER: Uses a rechargeable battery. OPTIONS: Low base design.    The LiteGait I, models 200E and 200P, is a suspension ambulation aid and gait trainer designed for use with adults and youth with balance, lower extremity, neurological, or walking disabilities. This device is intended to enable therapists to safely train individuals in posture, gait, balance, and the use of assistive ambulation devices such as canes, crutches, and walkers. This unit enables the user to progress from partial to full weight bearing and may be used over ground or with treadmills. The unit consists of a four-wheeled, U-shaped base supporting a pair of height-adjustable suspension handles to which a suspension sling is attached. The sling fits around and under the user's pelvis and promotes proper posture and standing. Sitting is prevented during use. Users may face the suspension bar and use the attached handgrips for additional support, or they may face away from it for more free-standing training or to train with assistive devices. A powered lifting feature raises the user from a sitting position in a wheelchair or on a mat to an upright walking posture. The lift is controlled with a handheld pendant. Model 1200P is a pediatric unit and includes a junior harness and a small adult harness. DIMENSIONS: The maximum user height is 72 inches on both models.    The LiteGait Junior is a suspension ambulation aid and gait trainer designed for use by larger children with lower extremity, mobility, neurological, or walking disabilities. This unit provides supported gait training for ambulatory pediatric users, and can be used to help improve gait patterns, posture, balance, muscle strength, and overall endurance levels. The unit comes with a harness that fits girths from 17 to 33 inches (model Jr 150) or 22 to 45 inches (model Jr 200). Locking straps allow adjustments to be made for walking symmetry, and the light weight of the unit allows a child to be safely supported while walking over ground or on a treadmill.     LiteGait is a suspension ambulation aid and gait trainer with powered lift designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or walking disabilities or stroke. The unit has a power lift mechanism built into the supportive arms, which can be adjusted manually. The power lift provides up to 18 inches (models LG100MX and LG200MX) or 24 inches (model LG300MX) of lift to bring the user from sit to stand.     The WalkAble, models WK75 and WK100, is a suspension ambulation aid designed for use by children with mobility and walking disabilities. The device consists of an open wheeled base supporting a body suspension harness, enabling the child to be safely supported while walking over ground or on a treadmill. In combination with an appropriate training program, the WalkAble can help improve the user's gait patterns, posture, balance, muscle strength and overall endurance levels. The WalkAble unit is height adjustable and the harness are adjustable. SIZES: Standard (for users up to four feet, six inches tall) and tall (for users up to five feet tall). DIMENSIONS (WxL): Both sizes are 32 x 28 inches with an inside frame width of 25 inches. CAPACITY: The tall model (WK100) has a capacity of 100 pounds and the standard model (WK75) has a capacity of 75 pounds. WEIGHT: The tall model weighs 42 pounds and the standard model weighs 32 pounds.
