    The Anti-Slip Pad, model 8040, is a non-slip pad designed for use by individuals with mobility or balance disabilities. This small, lightweight rubber-foam pad can be used to prevent the individual from slipping in bed or in a chair or it can be placed under the user's feet to prevent sliding during transfers.     The Autoslide, model 8100, is a car transfer aid designed to assist individuals with mobility disabilities in entering or exiting a car. The bottom section of the two-section device is attached to the back of the seat frame using a strong hook and the front is strapped under the seat to prevent sliding. The user sits on the attached top section of the unit and rotates; the top section slides against the bottom section to provide smooth transfers. The small, lightweight unit is equipped with side handles. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 18 x 18 inches. WEIGHT: 1 pound.

    The ComfortCushion, model 8050, is a non-slip rubber-foam cushion designed for use by individuals with mobility or balance disabilities. Made of cellular plastic, the cushion is placed under the buttocks to prevent the user from sliding down in bed and at the same time relieve pressure on the abdomen. Placing the pillow under the knees is also comfortable and relieves leg pressure. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 40 x 50 centimeters.

    EasyBelt, models 6012, 6013, 6014, and 6015, is a transfer aid and gait belt designed for use with individuals with mobility or walking disabilities. The belt has strong vertical and horizontal handles for gripping support and can be used for sitting transfers or for supporting an individual when standing or walking. Made of moisture- and soiling-resistant nylon. SIZES: Extra small, with 5 handles (6012), small, with 7 handles (6013), medium, with 9 handles (6014), or large, with 11 handles (6015). Designed to facilitate seated transfers between two surfaces, this hard, slick polypropylene board is also flexible to allow it to be bent over the wheel of a wheelchair. Anti-slip tape on the underside of the board prevents the board from sliding during use. This board also features a hand slot at each end. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): Model 5020 is 24 x 13 x .2 inches. Model 5050 is 30 x 13 x .25 inches. Model 5060 is 23 x 10 x .2 inches. Model 5070 is 17 x 8 x.2 inches. CAPCITY: All models have a maximum capacity of 400 pounds.     The Easyslide, model 1030, is a transfer aid designed to assist caregivers in transferring individuals with mobility disabilities to X-ray, treatment, or operating tables; stretchers; or shower stretchers or to move the individual in bed. This tubular device consists of a protective woven nylon cover coated on one side with polyurethane and a quilted mat with a woven cotton outer shell; a woven, ultra-low friction nylon liner; and flame-retardant trevira padding. To use the slide, the individual is turned on one side and the slide is placed beneath him/her so the individual is lying half on it. The individual should be tilted slightly so that the full body weight is pressing on the mat The mat is then pulled in the direction of the intended move, pulling the individual fully on to the mat and accomplishing the transfer. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 200 x 90 or 190 x 60 centimeters.

The belt has a polyester surface for comfort against the body, with strong vertical and horizontal handles for gripping support. SIZES: Small with 7 handles (6023), medium with 9 handles (6024), large with 11 handles (6025), or extra large with 13 handlees (6026). DIMENSIONS: Small is for 60 to 100 centimeter waists; medium is for 70 to 120 centimeter waists; large is for 100 to 160 centimeter waists; extra large is for 115 to 175 centimeter waists.

    FlexiGrip, model 6090, is a bed transfer aid designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This eight-handle transfer aid can be used when getting out of bed or when making transfers. This unit can be used for moving patients further up in bed or to and from a wheelchair. 3012 has an inner surface made of moisture-resistant nylon for environments with special hygiene requirements, while 3020 and 3030 have a softer, more comfortable velvet surface. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 60 x 20 centimeters (3012, 3030) or 50 x 20 centimeters (3020).

    The Maximove is a transfer aid designed for turning, positioning or transferring an individual with mobility disabilities. A padded board with handles and an inner surface of polyester, the unit can be used for moving patients further up in bed, turning over, sideways transfers, or when a patient must be lifted from the floor after falling.     The Ministretcher, model 4017, is a transfer aid designed for use in transfers of individuals with mobility disabilities in a lying position, mainly to and from an ambulance stretcher, a floor, or on stairs and in other cramped spaces. The unit has padding on each side of a flexible plastic board, which adapts to the shapes of ambulance stretchers, so the transfer aid can remain under patients for the entire journey. The plastic board also gives neck support under the head for safe lifting. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 135 x 43 centimeters.

    The Rena 440EE is a sit to stand lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This powered lift can be used to stand, pivot transfer, and move a patient from a seated position. The patient is supported with adjustable shin pads, foot supports, and behind the back supports. The lift's leg sections are wide apart to accommodate a variety of chair types. The lift has power raise and lower functions as well as power leg spreading operated by its hand control. It also has manual and electrical emergency lowering and an Emergency Stop function. POWER: Uses batteries. CAPACITY: 440 pounds.

    ReTurn 7500 is a manual transfer aid designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This unit can be used to transfer individuals to or from beds, wheelchairs, or toilets. It rolls easily and can support a heavy user. OPTIONS: ReTurn Belt support belt.

    RisePorto is a powered overhead transfer lift designed for use in transferring individuals with mobility or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This ceiling track lift can be used to transfer an individual between two locations. A helping arm facilitates transfer of the lift between different track systems. The handset is pneumatic. The unit has an emergency stop function and electrical and mechanical emergency lowering. The unit switches off automatically after 10 minutes when not in use. DIMENSIONS: The lifting interval is 196 centimeters. CAPACITY: 200 kilograms (440 pounds).

    Rise450T and Rise625T are powered overhead transfer lifts designed for use by individuals with mobility or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. With the correct lifting accessories, this overhead lift can transfer users between two locations. The lift unit is installed on an appropriate track system. The track system can be a single track, with or without curves and switches, or a traverse/gantry system. The ceiling lift motor has a display that shows the battery charge level and number of lifts performed. The handset is pneumatically controlled and the lift unit has an emergency stop function, with both electrical and mechanical emergency lowering. The unit switches off automatically after 2 minutes when not in use. DIMENSIONS: The lifting interval is 244 centimeters. CAPACITY: 450 pounds (450T) or 625 pounds (625T).

    TopSheet, models 1519 and 1520, is a bed turning aid, incontince pad, and decubitis pad designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or incontinence. The top side (model 1520) is made of super-absorbent material, and the underside (model 1519) consists of a polyurethane-coated moisture-repellant membrane. The surface that the patient lies on is soft, brushed polyester. The surface always feels dry to lie on, which helps prevent pressure sores. Strong straps for fastening to a ceiling lift or mobile lift enable safe turnings. DIMENSIONS: Lower part (model 1519) is 80 x 140 centimeters. CAPACITY: 200 kilograms.

    The Turnsheet, model 1580, is a transfer aid designed to assist individuals with mobility disabilities in turning or changing positions in bed. The Turnsheet consists of two elements: the first element is quilted mat with a woven cotton top layer, a layer of flame-retardant trevira padding, and a bottom layer of ultra-low friction woven nylon. This element is equipped with webbibg straps to be attached to the head of the bed frame. The second element is a matttress cover with an ultra-low friction woven nylon top and a sticky texture bottom layer. Velcro straps that run under the mattress prevent movement of this cover. The first element is used to turn the individual and both elements may be left on the bed permanently. This sheet may be used for assisted or unassisted turning. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 56 x 77 x 2 inches. WEIGHT: 6 pounds.

    The TurnTable, model 5085, is a standing transfer aid designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. It is used to enable transfers to and from wheelchairs, beds, and toilets by individuals who have enough strength to stand on their legs but not enough energy to move their feet. It is made of durable polyethylene with a rubber-like anti-slip surface. Two discs are attached in the center with a metal screw, enabling the top disc to rotate and pivot the user to the proper position for the transfer. DIMENSIONS: 38 centimeters in diameter.

  23. WENDYLETT Picture of WENDYLETT

    WendyLett is a sliding sheet and bed mobility aid designed for use by individuals who find it difficult to turn in bed. The central part is smooth to reduce friction, which enables users to turn or be turned by a caregiver with little force. Care recipients effortlessly slide sideways but are slowed by the anti-slip material at the sides. OPTIONS: WendyLett2Way and WendyLett4Way are drawsheets that can be placed on top of the sliding sheet to prevent sliding down in bed while turning. The drawsheets are striped to indicate in which directions turning is easier. DIMENSIONS: The WendyLett is 100 x 200 centimeters (cm), 140 x 200 cm, 200 x 200 cm, or 200 x 90 cm; the WendyLett2Way is 90 x 180 cm, 100 x 200 cm, or 140 x 200 cm; and the WendyLett4Way is 140 x 200 cm. COLOR: The WendyLett is available in solid white, gray and white checked, or gray and white striped. the WendyLett2Way is available in striped only, and the WendyLett4Way is available in checked only.
