   The Active Tee is a post mastectomy bra designed for wear by women who have undergone a mastectomy, lumpectomy, biopsy, radiation therapy, or reconstruction. This garment is made of soft, lightweight, stretchy memory fabric to provide comfort, shape, and protection without rubbing or binding. The soft cotton bra has a scoop neckline, a racer back, and pockets to hold a prosthesis. The bra provides light support for the natural breast. SIZES: Blouse sizes petite (6 and under), small (8 to 10), medium (12 to 14), large (16 to 18), and extra large (20 and over). COLOR: White and pink.

2. MASTECTOMY SLIP

   The Mastectomy Slip is a slip designed for wear by women who have undergone a mastectomy. Made of lightweight tricot, the knee-length slip is intended to be worn without a bra. The upper bra section of this slip is made of Spandex, provides a sprts bra fit, and has inner pockets to support weighted or non-weighted breast forms, as well as the natural breast. SIZES: Small (6 to 8), medium (10 to 12), large (14 to 16), and extra large (18). COLOR: White or black.

   The Pocketed Support Cami is a camisole designed for wear by women who have undergone a mastectomy. Made of lightweight tricot, the hip-length camisole is intended to be worn without a bra. The upper bra section of this camisole is made of Spandex, provides a sprts bra fit, and has inner pockets to support weighted or non-weighted breast forms, as well as the natural breast. 4. SOFT SECRET SILICONE BREAST PROSTHESIS

   The Soft Secret Silicone Breast Prosthesis is a breast form designed for women who have undergone a mastectomy. The triangular, symetrical prosthesis matches the natural breast in contour, softness, and mobility. The moderate weight creates a natural drape that closely matches a mature breast. Available with or without an internal colored nipple, the prosthesis includes a comfortable cloth cover that will not slip or twist. SIZES: 1 through 12.

5. SOFTEE COMFORT FORM POST SURGERY CAMISOLE

   The Softee Comfort Form Post Surgery Camisole is a combination camisole and post mastectomy bra designed for wear by women who have undergone a mastectomy, lumpectomy, biopsy, radiation therapy, or reconstruction. Designed to be worn immediately after surgery, this garment is made of soft, lightweight, stretchy polyester/cotton memory fabric to provide comfort, shape, and protection without rubbing or binding. The camisole has stretch elastic lace straps and a V neckline and can be put on over the head, or, if raising the arms is difficult, stepped into and pulled up. Two removable ultra-light poly-fill breast forms are included; outside adjustment provides ease in altering the size, shape, and placement of the forms.
