(Verified 12/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Electronic Search Program ADA Compliance Package is an ADA compliance evaluation software package designed for use by businesses and other entities. This program takes the Americans with Disabilities Act and attendant regulatory documents and converts them to a searchable text database format, with each paragraph of a document being assigned to a separate record, thus enabling the laws and regulations to be searched and evaluated for compliance. The program contains the full documents and all revisions that have beem incorporated at the time of the software publication. The program permits cross-referencing and text marking. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: A 286 or better processor (386 or better recommended), a minimum of 2 megabytes (MB) RAM (4 MB is recommended), 8 to 20 megabytes disk space, and Windows 3.1 or higher.
