1. CARRYMATE

   Carrymate is a portable video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This self-contained system is designed tobe used where needed and has a built-in carrying handle. The system includes a high-powered camera and a built-in viewing screen. A carrying case is included. POWER: Uses the included internal, rechargeable battery for 6.5 hours of use. 2. CLARITY AF CLASSMATE

   The Clarity AF Classmate is a CCTV system designed for use by students with low vision. This system enables the user to read books and other text, view photographs, read medication bottles, view activity in the front of a classroom and work on crafts and hobbies. The built-in auto focus capability eliminates the need to adjust the focus as the height of the object being viewed changes. This portable system operates with three simple controls, offers variable contrast control, and features a camera that zooms to provide magnification from four to 38 times. The image display can be viewed in full color or in white on black. OPTIONS: A clamp mount, a carrying case, an extra-long flexible arm with mounting clamp, an LCD display, and a lens set to produce magnification up to 50 times (dependent on monitor size).    PCMate is a portable video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This magnifier connects directly to a laptop computer via the laptop's USB port. 10. TABLEMATE

    TableMate is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This full-color, automatic focus magnifier can be used for reading, writing, and other close-up tasks, including viewing three-dimensional objects or photographs. The monitor can be positioned on top of or alongside the magnifier unit. A quick-release feature allows the monitor to be moved from one mounting to another. This portable module can be plugged into the USB port of any Windows-compatible computer to run WinZoom Magnifier/Reader (see separate record), a screen magnification and reader program which can magnify screens from 1.5 to 36 times. The software can be installed and run without administrative privileges, allowing the user to run the software on public computers and borrowed computers. The module can be attached to a keychain and carried in a pocket or purse. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers.
