    --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 10/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Spartan Shower Lounge Chair is a bath seat designed for use by individuals with mobility or balance disabilities. This seat rests securely on the edges of most bathtubs, enabling the user to sit on the seat and turn to enter or exit the tub and eliminating the need to step into or out of the tub. Made of lightweight, durable PVC furniture-grade piping that will not rust, corrode, or stain, the unit features front and back hand-adjustable screw-out support struts to secure the chair frame to the inside wall of the bathtub. Other features include a slightly reclined fixed backrest that snaps into proper position, a two-position adjustable footrest, vinyl-coated nylon seat and back upholstery with center perforations for drainage, and a safety positioning belt. Included with the seat is a hand-held shower with hoses, screw-on fittings, and installation instructions. CAPACITY: 225 pounds.
