    --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 02/2009) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Adapt-Able Utensils are eating utensils designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. These ergonomically designed forks, spoons, and knives feature handles with finger loops to facilitate grasping and positioning. Each utensil can also be adjusted or re-configured as an individual's needs change. Interchangeable extended, straight, and angled shafts are available for forks, spoons, and soup spoons. All models can be purchased individually or as a set. A set for one person includes one handle, two angled extensions, one straight extension, and one utensil (dinner knife, fork, spoon, or soup spoon). Larger sets for five and ten people are also available. OPTIONS: A utensil storage box, an equipment storage box, instruction manual and video, mesh bags with tags, Velcro straps, and metal marker are available. .SIZES: Utensil handles and forks are available in small and large. COLOR: Handles are white.
