    Web Speakster is a voice output web browser designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision or learning disabilities. The program can be operated entirely through keystrokes, and all functions are spoken, as is the help menu and the interactive help system. Web pages can be viewed in text-only mode, with the user's choice of font style, size, and color scheme. All browser functions can be operated completely via six keystrokes (mouse clicks allowed). COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM and IBM compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, 2000 or XP (will not operate on workstations without full user authorization setup); Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or higher; Windows compatible sound card and speakers.
