    The Argus 3000/l Screen Magnification System is a computer screen magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This hardware device magnifies text and graphics appearing on the computer screen, including recognition and tracking of cursor. It works without driver software or any resident program, and runs independently under DOS, all Windows environments, Windows NT, OS/2, Unix, and Linux. It also supports 256 different colors.

    The Mano portable video magnifier is a handheld video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. The Mano magnifier features a 3.5-inch widescreen TFT (thin film transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) screen with freeze frame. The screen has multiple viewing modes, including black on white, white on black, green on black, yellow on black and yellow on blue. The screen’s position is height-adjustable and it can be inclined. The Mezzo has multiple viewing modes, including black on white, white on black, green on black, yellow on black and yellow on blue. The unit magnifies images between 2.8 and 62 times their original size. Other features include an adjustable light to illuminate the material to be viewed; automatic memory; horizontal line markers; and windowing. The Mezzo folds for storage.   7. VIDEOMATIC S1-VGA Picture of VIDEOMATIC S1-VGA

    Videomatic S1-VGA is a video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. It has a high resolution monochrome camera, and is designed for use with a personal computer (PC). It can also be connected directly to a VGA monitor for use as a stand-alone desktop video magnifier. The camera automatically adjusts to the graphics modes (maximum 800 x 600 pixels / 75 Hertz) of the PC's graphics card. The maximum resolution is comparable with Super VGA (SVGA) mode. Images can be displayed in black and white or in variable colors or inverse picture mode. Computer and camera images can be displayed in split screen mode on the VGA monitor. Split-screen mode can be used horizontally or vertically. Magnification ranges from approximately 1.5 to 20 times original size on a 20-inch monitor. Images can be transferred to the PC via an integrated scanner function (a bi-directional parallel interface EPP mode is required). OPTIONS: Double magnification.

    Videomatic Semi-S1 is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This system has an autofocus CCD camera that swivels for either close or distant viewing, and which can be connected to a VGA monitor or personal computer. The magnified image can be viewed in either full color or monochrome, with a selection of background and foreground colors and positive or negative display modes. Autofocus can switched on and off. Magnification ranges from approximately two to 48 times original size. When using a graphic card with NTSC-YC, the camera picture can be modified within the PC. Illumination of the viewing tray can be switched on and off.

  9. VIDEOMATIC UNO Picture of VIDEOMATIC UNO

    Videomatic UNO is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. It is a stand-alone desktop model with a TFT (thin film transistor) flat screen monitor and two cameras, for close and distance viewing. The distance camera can be used by a student to view a blackboard or a speaker such as a teacher or lecturer. Images are displayed in full color with high contrast.
