  1. GELART KIWI BATH LIFT

(Verified 09/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Gelart Kiwi Bath Lift is a mechanical bath lift designed for use by children aged one to eight years with severe physical disabilities. Designed to hammock the child as he/she is lowered to sit on the bottom of the bath, this low position ensures the economic use of water while the child enjoys a deep bath. The unit's slim profile facilitates storage. CAPACITY: 66 pounds.

  2. GELART PRONE STANDER

    --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 09/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Gelart Prone Stander is designed for use by children and adults with severe physical disabilities. It is manufactured in two sizes from Tawa hardwood and laminated Kauri marine ply. These units support the individual in either prone or upright standing positions. The Gelart Prone Stander works like an extension ladder and the accessories, including ankle and knee supports, pelvis straps and laterals, are all multi adjustable. The included tray is height adjustable and can be tilted or removed for storage below the chassis. The entire product can be folded flat.

  3. GELART STAND A' EASE

    --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 09/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Gelart Stand a' Ease is an aluminum and steel standing frame designed for use by children with severe physical disabilities. It is available in two sizes: The smaller size accommodates children approximately one to six years of age and the larger size accommodates children approximately six to eleven years of age. The unit is adjustable to suit the child's postural and growing needs. The low set foot plate lowers the center of gravity for stability and may encourage the child to walk on and off with the assistance of the caregiver. The table can be tilted or removed. The telescoping tubes lock in the main frame when not in use and the removal of two pins allows the unit to be folded flat for storage and transport. WEIGHT: 29 pounds.

  4. GELART XTRA

    --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 09/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Gelart EXTRA is a multi-adjustable postural management seating and standing system on a wheeled base designed for use by children with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and similar movement disabilities. The XTRA grows with the child from age one to eight, moves from high to low, offers a variety of positions, and tilts in space. SEAT: Seat width ranges from 6.4 inches to 11.2 inches; the seat depth ranges from 5.5 inches to 11 inches; the back height ranges from 13 inches to 16.9 inches. UPHOLSTERY: Washable natural wool covers with closed cell pads. FOOTRESTS: Footplates, footplate hangers, and foot straps. CAPACITY: 66 pounds.
