1. JAY GS CUSHION

   The Jay GS Cushion is a gel flotation cushion with a foam base designed for use by children in wheelchairs. Available with or without a pressure relief fluid pad to prevent skin breakdown, the cushion incorporates Jay Flow fluid technology. Its firm polyethylene foam base is pre-contoured with an anti-thrust shelf to keep the pelvis from sliding forward. A variety of secondary supports help to position and maintain optimal pelvic and lower extremity posture. The cushion includes growth capabilities to allow it to grow as the user grows. Anterior seat well reducers can be added to maintain the seat well length when the seat depth is increased. The longer seat well can be used to accommodate the fixed posterior pelvic tilt of sacral sitters. The standard fluid pad provides shear reduction and improved pressure distribution for users at moderate risk for skin breakdown. 2. LAP BUDDY

   The Lap Buddy is a wheelchair lap tray, positioning pad, and wandering patient system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities, balance disabilities, spinal cord injury, and Alzheimer's disease. Made of foam with a vinyl cover notched to fit the wheelchair, this soft laptop cushion fits snugly between the user and the wheelchair frame to facilitate upper body positioning and prevent leaning forward. It has full length armrests, and comes in two thicknesses. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 2.5 x 9 x 26 inches, or 4 x 9 x 26 inches. Armrests are 14 to 19 inches apart. COLOR: Blue.

3. PACESAVER ESPREE PREMIER 9-INCH & 10-INCH

   The Pacesaver Espree Premier 9-Inch and 10-Inch are three-wheeled scooters designed for indoor or outdoor use by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME (LxW): 45 x 24 inches with a 4.25-inch ground clearance and a 34.5-inch turning radius on the 9-inch model. The 10-inch model is 45 x 24 or 24.75 inches with a ground clearance of 4.5 inches and a turning radius of 35 inches. The scooter disassembles for transport. An optional stretch front frame provides an extra four inches of foot space. The scooter comes in a choice of ocean blue, midnight black, or candy apple red. CONTROLS: Tiller-mounted controls with thumb levers are standard. The control box includes a battery-level indicator and an on/off key switch. The tiller is adjustable with the "Personal Touch" fingertip tiller adjustment. A Delta tiller (oval), an extended delta tiller, and thumb rest extensions are optional. RWD: Maintenance free transaxle. SEAT (WxD): 18 x 18 inches. The back height is 20 inches. The seat height adjusts from 16.75 to 18.75 inches above the scooter floor for the standard seat and 18 to 23 inches on the optional powered seat. A padded, height-adjustable seat is standard.    The Stimulite Corbee Pediatric Cushion is a foam seat cushion designed for use by children who use wheelchairs. The cushion is made of a honeycomb material with a flat or sling bottom and comes with a polyester or sheepskin cover. The cover is machine washable and dryer safe.    The Stimulite Slimline Cushion is a foam seat cushions designed for use in wheelchairs. This cushion is made of three layers of honeycomb material, each with a different stiffness for pressure relief and force reduction. The open-cell honeycomb is perforated to permit air circulation and moisture evaporation. The cushion is machine washable and dryer safe. The cushion is available with a flat or sling bottom and with a polyester or sheepskin cover.
