1. RETRAKTOR

   Retraktor is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system features retractable securements that can be mounted to the floor, sidewall, or seat structures. The system includes front tensioning retractors with right and left handles, and occupant restraints that come with a Height Adjuster to accommodate passengers of almost any size. OPTIONS: Various kits are available for Series A and L tracks or plates and bolt-in applications (see separate entries).

2. SURE-LOK FE500 SERIES SYSTEM

   The Sure-Lok FE500 Series System is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The system includes over-center buckle and/or cam buckle straps with a minimum breaking strength of 6,000 pounds and 5,000 pounds, respectively. Most kits available in this system have vehicle anchoring hardware that is "positive-locking" to ensure that when the system is properly installed, the strap assemblies cannot be inadvertently released or disengaged. 3. SURE-LOK FF800 SERIES SYSTEMS

   The Sure-Lok FF800 Series System is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Each securement strap assembly has a minimum breaking strength of 2,500 pounds, and can be attached to virtually any wheelchair aid. OPTIONS: This system is available in a variety of kits designed for Series E, A, or L track fittings. FF865 includes two cam buckle straps, two ratchet buckle straps, and one Series E or A track fitting. FF865S includes S-Hooks, two cam buckle straps, two ratchet buckle straps, and one Series E or A track fitting. FF886 includes two cam buckle straps, two ratchet buckle straps, and one heavy-duty Series L track fitting. FF886S includes S-Hooks, two cam buckle straps, two ratchet buckle straps, and one heavy-duty Series L track fitting. FF875 includes two cam buckle straps, two overcenter buckle straps, and one Series E or A track fitting. 4. SURE-LOK HEAVY DUTY SERIES A TRACK (MODELS 2025 & FE702-01)

   Sure-Lok Heavy Duty Series A Track is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The track is made of 11-gauge high-strength steel coated with a rust-inhibiting powder, and comes in vertical (model 2025) or horizontal (model FE702-01) styles. OPTIONS: Special length track is available. COLORS: Track is gun metal grey. DIMENSIONS: Horizontal and vertical tracks are both available in 5 or 10 feet sections. WEIGHT: A 10-foot vertical section weighs 13 pounds; a 10-foot horizontal section weighs 19 pounds.

5. SURE-LOK HEAVY-DUTY SERIES A FLOOR PLATE (MODEL FE200740)

   Sure-Lok Heavy-Duty Series A Floor Plate, model FE200740, is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This low profile plate is made of zinc-plated steel. OPTIONS: A floor plate kit is available that inlcudes one model FE200740 floor plate, one backing plate, and bolts, nuts, and washers (four of each). WEIGHT: 1 pound.

6. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED COMBINATION BELT (MODEL FE200727)

   The Sure-Lok Integrated Combination Belt, model FE200727, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system combines a shoulder belt and an integrated lap belt in a fully retractable unit. The unit retracts to the vehicle sidewall; a Velcro strap is provided to keep the belt ends up against the vehicle sidewall when not in use. The retractor mechanism can be mounted directly to the vehicle floor or sidewall, or into Series L Aluminum Track with the use of the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. The belt web guide can be installed to the vehicle sidewall by using the model FE200745 Sidewall Mounting Kit or into Series L Aluminum Track with the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. OPTIONS: Height Adjuster provides nearly 12 inches of vertical adjustment and allows for the proper geometry and placement of the shoulder belt, regardless of passenger size or mobility aid design.

7. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED LAP BELT (MODEL FE200595)

   The Sure-Lok Integrated Lap Belt, model FE200595, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt is intended for use with the FE500 Series Wheelchair Securement System only (see separate entry). It attaches directly to the rear strap assembly of the wheelchair securement system, and provides an occupant restraint system that is an integrated part of the wheelchair securement. Its restraint capability is dependent upon the strength of the wheelchair securement system. This belt has a single push-button buckle, one webbing adjuster, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. DIMENSIONS: The belt is 80 inches long.

8. SURE-LOK PARALLEL LAP BELT (MODELS FE200594, FE200600, FE200601, FE200612)

   The Sure-Lok Parallel Lap Belt is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt attaches directly to the floor track or plates to secure the passenger separately and independently from the wheelchair securement system. The belt's anchoring hardware is positive-locking to ensure that the belt assemblies cannot be inadvertently released or disengaged. A single push-button function allows the release and evacuation of the occupant in the event of an emergency. Premium Lap Belts (model FE200600 for Series L track and model FE200612 for Series A track) have three push-button buckles, two web adjusters to aid in placement, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. Standard Lap Belts (model FE200594 for Series L track and model FE200601 for Series A track) have a single push-button buckle and two web adjusters to aid in placement. DIMENSIONS: Premium belts (models FE200600 and FE200612) are 108 inches long; standard belts (models FE200594 and FE200601) are 98 inches long.

9. SURE-LOK SERIES L SINGLE BOLT FLOOR PLATE (MODELS FE200784 & FE200844)

   The Sure-Lok Series L Single Bolt Floor Plate is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Both plates have a track section made of stainless steel and come with mounting hardware. Model FE200784 is a surface mount plate and comes with an impact-resistant, plastic ramped collar. Model FE200844 is a flush mount plate and comes with a stainless steel case. WEIGHT: Both models weigh one pound.

10. SURE-LOK SERIES L TRACK

    Sure-Lok Series L Track is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Track is made of aluminum with a natural finish, and is available in heavy-duty or medium-duty weights. Both the heavy-duty and medium-duty track are available in plain style or with flanges or flanges and mounting holes (100-inch length); with four countersunk holes (8 foot length); or with two holes (9 foot section). Medium-duty track is also available in an angled style. DIMENSIONS (L): 100 inches, 8 feet, or 9 feet. WEIGHT: 100-inch heavy-duty track weighs 5.2 pounds without flanges or mounting holes, 5.6 pounds with flanges and no mounting holes, and 5.4 pounds with flanges and mounting holes; 100-inch medium duty track weighs 5.0 pounds without flanges or mounting holes, 5.4 pounds with flanges and no mounting holes, 5.2 pounds with flanges and mounting holes, and 5.2 pounds in the angled version.

    The Sure-Lok Shoulder Belt is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Models FE200599, FE200613, FE200716, and FE200732 are non-retractable shoulder belts that can be attached to a section of track mounted on the vehicle sidewall. Models FE200599 and FE200732 are designed for use with Series L track; models FE200613 and FE200716 are designed for use with Series A track (see separate entries). These models are intended for use in multiple station vehicles. Models FE200710 and FE200710L are non-retractable fixed-point shoulder belts that can be mounted to the existing original equipment shoulder belt location or on the sidewall or floor, and are for use in single-, fixed-, or dedicated-position vehicles. models FE200604 and FE200604L are retractable shoulder belts that offer automatic adjustment in vehicles with single, fixed, or dedicated passenger positions. The retractor mechanism can be mounted directly to the vehicle floor or sidewall, or into a Series L Aluminum Track or the sidewall. OPTIONS: Models FE200599, FE200710, and FE200604 are available with a height adjuster. Model FE200710 is available with an L-bracket, which is used for floor installation.
