  1. OPTRON I-STICK Picture of OPTRON I-STICK

    The Optron i-Stick is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This magnifier has a color camera and can be used with a laptop computer or a computer monitor. It provides magnification at a classroom desk or at the board in an auditorium, and can be carried from classroom to classroom and from building to building. The TwistCam camera has flexible positioning so that the picture on the screen is always level and upright at any angle for left- or right-handed users. The camera's swivel arm sits at an angle for a large magnification area, and can be straightened to a very high camera position for a better view of a blackboard and a 360-degree surround view. The magnifier comes with video-streaming and screen-shot software. POWER: Uses exchangeable battery. WEIGHT: 4 pounds.

  2. OPTRON MOBILE Picture of OPTRON MOBILE

    The Optron Mobile is a portable video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This magnifier has a color camera on a modular swivel arm. The TwistCam can be used for distance viewing with 360-degree surround view capability. The camera height can be lowered by half. Image adjustment features include negative image; high contract colors; contrast/ brightness; and auto focus, with auto focus lock capability. The magnifier comes with a carrying case for travel and storage.

  3. OPTRON OBSERVER Picture of OPTRON OBSERVER

    The Optron Observer is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. The magnifier's color autofocus camera can be turned to provide the user with a view of surroundings at an unlimited distance beyond the desk. TwistCam technology allows a look in any direction with an always upright and level image on the monitor. The camera's tilt function can provide a view of the user's workspace or the area beyond the user's immediate work area. Display features include negative image, contrast and brightness settings, and high contrast colors.

  4. OPTRON PCT Picture of OPTRON PCT

    Optron PCT is a video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This video magnifier can be used with a television, a standard computer monitor, or an LCD monitor. It can also be connected to a desktop or laptop computer. It can be used at a desktop work area or for viewing a blackboard, overhead projector, or flipchart. Its color autofocus CCD camera can be rotated to almost any angle on a swivel arm. The camera has an 18 times zoom and can be rotated to almost any angle while the picture on the display remains upright and leveled. Display options include six different monochrome colors, reversed polarity, and a variety of other viewing functions. The magnification range is 1.5 to 70 times depending on the monitor used. The magnifier comes with a hard plastic carrying case. OPTIONS: Reading tray; system extension to raise the camera; dual monitor tand to provide space for two screens; split screen technology to display both the computer and the camera picture on the same screen; and a second camera to enable the user to see both a blackboard and the desktop on the screen at the same time. POWER: Uses 12 / 110 / 220 volts, 50 / 60 Hertz. WEIGHT: 8 pounds without carrying case and accessories.

    The Optron Pro is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. The magnifier is VGA compatible for integration into the electronic work environment. It also features an adjustable line reader and a built-in LED reading light. Its color autofocus camera is mounted on a a modular arm whic allows the camera to be positioned at a higher or lower level, with TwistCam technology and 360-degree distance viewing. Display features include negative image, contrast and brightness settings, and high contrast colors. The magnifier comes with a foam-padded carrying case for travel and storage.

  6. OPTRON VISION Picture of OPTRON VISION

    Optron Vision is a desktop video magnifier designed for use by indidviduals with low vision. This unit has a work area large enough for the user to work on two projects at the same time. Its camera is positioned high on a steel swivel arm for use in activities such as writing, crafting, or mechanical work. It has a color camera with a wide zoom range and various high-contrast image adjustments. The unit is also portable and lightweight and has a high-contrast control panel.
