1. BODY COOLING VEST (MODEL KMVZ)

   The Body Cooling Vest, model KMVZ, is a cooling vest designed for use by individuals with multiple sclerosis and other neurological disabilities. Wearable under or over clothing, the vest includes 11 Kool Max (KMV5) reusable cold packs and is adjustable with Velcro straps on the shoulders and sides. This vest also has front zipper closure with an included zipper pull. OPTIONS: Extra set of 10 Kool Max packs. SIZES: Medium/large and large/extra-large. COLOR: Khaki or Blue.

2. COLD THERAPY SYSTEM (MODELS 2008 & 2010)

   The Cold Therapy System is designed for use by individuals with acute pain or for post-surgical use. This unit can be used to deliver localized cold therapy in a home or hospital setting. The unit uses a motorized pump to circulate cold water to the desired body area. The unit comes standard with a universal cold therapy wrap that fits many areas of the body,including the knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow, calf, arm, and leg. The model 2008 Therapy System includes an eight- quart water and ice reservoir; a universal circulating water wrap; insulated cool water lines; high-flow, dry, quick-disconnect couplings; water temperature control; and an on/off switch. Model 2010 offers the same features but has a ten-quart water and ice reservoir. POWER: Uses the included alternating current (AC) power adapter with cord. 3. COOLING NECK WRAP

   The Cooling Neck Wrap is a cold pack designed for use by individuals with arthritis or neck pain or multiple sclerosis or other neurological disabilities. This wrap is drapes around the neck and is held in place with hook-and-loop straps. Three reusable Kool Max cold packs are included.

4. COOLING WRIST WRAPS (MODEL KMW PAIR)

   The Cooling Wrist Wrap, model KMW, is a cold pack designed for use by individuals with arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome. The wraps come as a pair with a reusable cold pack for each wrap. The wrap is held in place using the attached hook-and-loop straps. SIZES: One size.

5. KOOL MAX COLD PACK BODY COOLING VEST

   The Polar Evaporative Kit is a body cooling system designed for use by individuals with multiple sclerosis and other neurological disabilities. These garments harness cooling energy produced when water naturally evaporates and are activated by submersing them in water for one to three minutes and gently wringing out excess water. Once activated, the garments provide hours of cooling relief. The Kit contains one cooling vest, one cooling deluxe neck wrap, one cooling baseball cap, and two cooling wrist wraps.     Thera-Temp Microwavable Moist Heat Packs are moist heating pads designed for use by individuals with arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other pain. These packs are heated in a microwave and produces moist heat by drawing moisture from humidity in the air and retaining it in all-natural therapeutic beads. All wraps include elastic and Velcro belts to hold them on the body. The pads are covered in all natural cotton on surfaces with skin contact.
