The Ameriphone DIIIP Text Telephone with Printer and Text Answering Machine, model 79063, is a telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD/TTY) designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who have speech or communication disabilities. LOUD PHONE RINGER (MODEL SR-1)
The Loud Phone Ringer, model SR-1, is a telephone signal accessory designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This ringer generates loud ringing from an analog telephone line or from a dry contact closure for non-telephone applications such as a push button doorbell, night bell, or "Push Button for Assistance" chime. Four selectable sound options include electronic warble; double gong; quadruple chime (four descending chime tones); or electronic bell. A volume control knob adjusts loudness to a maximum of 90 decibels at one meter. OPTIONS: 25AE Paging Horn to increase maximum sound level to 105 decibels. MODULAR TELBEL (MODELS TB-591, TB-592, & TB-593)
The Modular Telbel is a telephone signal designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. These modular bells can be used as high-volume telephone ringers. Volume is 100 dBA (models TB-591 and TB-592) or 95 dBA (model TB-593) at 10 feet. The bells are motor driven and have a tamper resistant volume control and a weatherproof backbox for indoor/outdoor mounting. Model TB-592 is for phone systems with a programmed contact closure. POWER: Model TB-591 uses 38 to 60 volts direct current (VDC); model TB-592 uses 18 to 30 volts alternating current/direct current (VAC/DC) and requires an EPS-2401 power supply; model TB-593 uses 55 to 130 volts, 20 to 30 Hertz (Hz). PERSONAL EMERGENCY REPORTING SYSTEM (MODEL PERS-3600)
The Personal Emergency Reporting System, model PERS-3600, is an emergency alert system designed for use by seniors or individuals with disabilities at risk for medical emergencies. The system includes a table-top console which can receive signals from up to 16 wireless transmitters. When a transmitter is activated, the console sends an alarm report to a monitoring service (not included) via the standard telephone network. Upon completion of the monitoring station report, two-way voice communication is automatically initiated between the console and the monitoring service provider’s operator. An emergency alarm can be triggered by the large HELP button located on the console or by a wireless transmitter. A fire alarm can be triggered by optional wireless smoke detectors. Personal messages can be prerecorded and programmed to remind the client to perform certain functions, such as taking medicine. Reminder messages can be programmed to play at specific times during the day in daily, weekly, or monthly cycles. Each button on the console is molded with braille characters to identify the button’s function. OPTIONS: Remote speaker/microphone; wireless smoke detector. The Series PS Telestrobe is a flashing telephone signal designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Telephone signals are indicated by a strobe light. The brightness of the strobe is 8,000 lumen (model PS-15A-WPW), 25,000 lumen (model PS-33A-WPW), or 70,000 lumen (model PS-11A-WPW). The unit is surface mounted with plug-in installation using a standard RJ11C phone jack connection (USA) or CA-11 jack (Canada). POWER: Model PS-11A-WPW uses 115 volts alternating current (VAC); model PS-15A-WPW is ring voltage powered; model PS-33A-WPW uses alternating (AC) or direct current (DC).
