NESS H200 HAND REHABILITATION SYSTEM
The NESS H200 Hand Rehabilitation System is a neuromuscular stimulator designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities associated with brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, or other neurological injuries. This system uses mild electrical stimulation to improve arm function and help the user get the most out of therapy while reducing complications such as muscle spasms. The system's two main parts are an orthosis that wraps around the user's forearm and wrist, and a connected control unit. Inside the orthosis, electrodes deliver mild stimulation that help the hand move. The control unit has large control buttons. A clinician custom fits the orthosis and sets up the control unit with a customized therapy program. The user can put the orthosis on with one hand. POWER: Control unit uses rechargeable battery.

NESS L300 PLUS SYSTEM
The NESS L300 Plus System is a functional electrical stimulation (FES) system designed for use by individuals with stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), multiple sclerosis (MS), or spinal cord injury (SCI). This wireless system adds a thigh stimulation cuff to the NESS L300 Foot Drop System (see separate entry) to provide knee flexion and extension in addition to ankle dorsiflexion during gait. uses mild stimulation to help the user walk more safely and easily as well as facilitate muscle re-education, prevent/retard muscle atrophy, maintain or increase range of motion and increase local blood flow. The lightweight units fits around the thigh above the user's knee and just below the knee. The system also includes the Intelli-Sense Gait Sensor, a wireless sensor that detects gait events while navigating uneven surfaces, changes in elevation and walking speeds, and a portable, handheld control unit that communicates wirelessly with the system in order to select operating modes and stimulation parameters. All four components are designed to operate as a single unit through wireless integration.
