   The Perma-Ty Elastic Shoelaces are designed for individuals who have trouble tying laces due to loss of finger dexterity or the ability to bend over. These laces require tying once; afterwards, the laces stretch so that the foot can slip into and out of a shoe with the aid of a shoehorn but without having to untie the laces.
