1. APEX SEAMFREE SOCKS

   Apex Seamfree Socks are socks designed for wear by individuals with diabetes. These seamless socks provide a smooth fit without pressure points. Their shape closely follows foot, ankle, and leg anatomy. The socks are made from soft acrylic fibers. SIZES: Regular or Extra Wide. COLORS: Black, brown, white, or navy.

2. ARCHCRAFTERS CUSTOM FULL-LENGTH INSOLES & ARCHCRAFTERS CUSTOM THREE-QUARTER LENGTH INSOLES

   The ArchCrafters Full-Length and Three-Quarter Length Insoles are custom shoe inserts designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities. When the inserts are ordered, the user receives a foam box to make an impression of each foot. The box is returned to the manufacturer for creation of custom supports in three to four weeks. The full-length style is designed for wear in shoes with removable insoles and the three-quarter style fits most other shoes. These inserts help control improper foot motion and feature dual-density EVA construction with a cobra-shaped, firmer outer perimiter layer, and a leather-like sockliner. SIZES: All women's sizes and men's sizes up to 17.

3. INNOVATOR DLX POST-OP KNEE BRACE (MODELS 423100, 423101, 423200, & 423201)

   The Innovator DLX Post-Op Knee Brace is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals who need controlled range of motion after surgery. This multi-functional brace has adjustable hinges, a OneTouch drop lock, and a gastroc strap to limit migration. The length can be adjusted with a lever and slide-to-size struts. The brace is available in cool (models 423200 and 423201) and full softgood (models 423100 and 423101) versions. SIZES: Regular (models 423100 and 423200 for thigh circumference up to 27 inches) or extra large (models 423101 and 423201 for thigh circumference between 27 and 35 inches). Thigh circumference is measured 6 inches above mid-patella. DIMENSIONS: Length can be adjusted from 17 to 28 inches.

4. ROYCE CONVERTIBLE UNIVERSAL FOAM WRIST FOREARM SPLINT.

   The Convertible Universal Foam Wrist Forearm Splint is designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. This splint converts for wear on the right or left wrist, is contoured below the palmar crease to allow 90-degree flexion, and has Velcro closures. OPTIONS: Hot/cold therapy gel pad. SIZE: Universal. DIMENSIONS: 10 inches long.

5. ROYCE GEL ANKLE BRACE

   The Gel Ankle Brace is an ankle support designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disability or injury. This ankle stabilizer has Velcro closures and is available in a choice of 50 percent gel and 50 percent foam or 80 percent gel and 20 percent foam. Offered for the left or the right foot, gel pads for hot or cold therapy are also included. SIZES: Pony or adult.

6. ROYCE NEOPRENE WRIST / THUMB WRAP

   The Neoprene Wrist Wrap is a volar wrist and thumb orthosis designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities or injury. This splint is fabricated of 1/8 inch neoprene and is brushed nylon lined. The splint also features Velcro closures and is contoured below the palmar crease to allow 90-degree flexion. OPTIONS: Hot/cold therapy gel pad. SIZES: Universal.

7. SILICONE FULL-LENGTH INSOLES AND SILICONE THREE-QUARTER INSERTS

   The Silicone Full-Length Inserts and the Silicone Three-quarter Length inserts are shoe inserts designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities. Constructed of two densities of medical-grade silicone, these inserts absorb foot shock and the softer silicone areas accommodate pain-prone areas under the heel and ball of the foot. The insoles distribute pressure more equally to reduce the impact on the knees, ankles, hips, and lumbosacral areas. A mild arch support helps control overpronation. SIZES: Men or women's shoe sizes.

8. SLIPOS HEEL CUSHIONS

   The Slipos Heel Cushions are shoe inserts designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities. Made of medical-grade silicone that breathes for comfort, these cushions are contoured to cradle the heel, absorb foot shock, and feature a second, anatomically-correct soft silicone insert for maximum relief. The cushions are hand washable. SIZES: Men's/women's shoe sizes

9. THERACOOL COLD THERAPY SYSTEM

   The TheraCool Cold Therapy System is a cold pack unit designed for use in reducing swelling. This system includes a 9.6 quart capacity cooler, an external pump, an insulated hose assembly, and a therapy blanket. The pump continously circulates cold water through the blanket. Temperature is adjusted using a rheostat flow control which regulates the flow of chilled water. Other features include quiet pump operation and a universal connector that fits most pad brands. OPTIONS: Blankets designed for hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, back, or hand; small and large multi-use pads; and sterile pads. WARRANTY: 90-day limited warranty.

10. TULI'S GEL HEEL WITH ARCH SUPPORT

    Tuli's Gel Heel with Arch Support is a shoe insert designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities. These lightweight cobra-shaped, polymer gel heel insert has a patented waffle design for shock absorption. The design fits most shoes and the polyester cover keeps feet cool and dry. Bacterial and fungal growth inhibitor reduce foot odor. SIZES: Men's or women's shoe sizes.

11. UNLOADER ONE KNEE BRACE

    The Unloader One Knee Brace is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals with osteoarthritis. It has a perforated frame, a flexible upright with a low-profile hinge, padding coated with silicone to prevent slipping or rotation, two straps with buckles, and a dynamic force control system that allows the user to manage knee pain. The brace is custom made to fit the right or left leg. with a thigh circumference of 13.5 to 26.5 inches and a calf circumference of 11 to 17 inches. It comes with a removeable liner constructed from a breathable, moisture-wicking microfiber fabric. DIMENSIONS: Braces are available to fit a thigh circumference of 13.5 to 26.5 inches and a calf circumference of 11 to 17 inches. COLORS: Liner is available in black, gray, gray/tan, grsy/pink, grey/purple, or gray/blue. WARRANTY: Components that wear with use, which include straps, liners, buckles and hinge coatings, are warranted free from defect in material and workmanship for 90 days. Aside from these wear components, the brace is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

12. WHEATON BUNION SPLINT

    The Wheaton Bunion Splint is a toe splint designed for wear by children and adults with lower extremity disabilities. This breathable neoprene splint may be worn day and night and in shoes. The splint fits over the foot, encasing the large toe and extending to the center of the foot; the splint fits below the other toes, leving them free. SIZES: Extra small, small, medium, and large based on children's and adult shoe sizes.
