4. BRUNO ELECTRA-RIDE LT (MODEL SRE-2700)

   The Bruno Electra-Ride LT, model SRE-2700, is a straight rail interior seat lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities and cognitive disabilities. The LT has a rack and pinion drive system will sense and automatically stop when obstacles are encountered. The seat and arms of the carriage flip up out of the way when the unit is not in use. The swivel seat locks for getting on or off. The rocker switch control is conveniently located at the end of the arm rest. The two wireless call/send controls require no wires running along the wall. 7. COMPANION SEAT

   The Companion Seat is an adjustable position van seat designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. Designed for use with the front passenger seat of Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, and Ford Windstar minivan's, this unit utilizes the van's existing seat but replaces the seat base with a powered seat base. The powered seat base extends the seat a full 20 inches out from the standard seat location and tilts it 6 inches forward. To enter the van, the seat is moved to its full extened position, the user sits on the seat, and the seat is then retracted. When fully retracted, the seat is manually rotated and locked into the forward-facing position. The process is reversed to exit the van. A safety interlock prevents the seat from operating when not facing the proper direction. CONTROLS: One color-coded switch on the seat controls both the in and out functions. An optional hand-held control is available for those with limited use of their left hand or for attendant use.

8. EASY REACH

   The Easy-Reach is a van lift designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This lift seat allows the original seat of a truck, SUV, van, or minivan to swivel out of the vehicle and lower to wheelchair height. The user then transfers from the chair to the vehicle seat, and presses a button to be lifted into the vehicle. The lift extends from the vehicle at an angle matching that of the door. A manual back-up system in case of vehicle power failure is standard. This lift seat is available for driver or front passenger in all extended-cab trucks, and for front passenger in most standard pick-ups and SUV/4x4s. POWER: Battery back-up is optional.

   The EZ-Access Rollup Ramp is a portable ramp designed for persons with physical disabilities who use wheelchairs and scooters. Designed to bridge gaps over one step or a curb, the ramp features a durable, non-skid driving surface. The detachable side rails add support and act as a guide for maximum safety. Made of rust-resistant lightweight aluminum, the ramp rolls up for storage in the included nylon bag. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 36 x 30 inches. 15. GRAB BAR FOR CAR.

    ------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Grab rail for car to assist walking to rear of car to retrieve wheelchair from trunk. Stainless steel rails, 3/4 inch diameter were custom made by a company that manufactures railings for boats. The rails followed the roof line of the car to be as inconspicuous as possible. 16. LECTRA AID PERSON VAN LIFT

    Platform van lift. Dropped swing arm bracket with chair attaches with bolts to door post. Aluminum. Weight approximately 38 pounds. Operates off 12 volt vehicle battery. Seat dimensions 18 by 18 inches. Seat has non-slip neoprene cover. Custom lifts available.

17. PEDAL EXTENDER

    The Pedal Extender is an accelerator pedal extension or brake pedal extension or clutch control extension for automobiles. The extension attaches securely to the accelerator, brake or clutch pedals and adds 2 inches of height to the brake or clutch pedals and 1.5 inches to accelerator pedal for drivers who have difficulty in reaching pedals. The device fits most pedals.

18. PLATFORM VAN LIFT

    Van lift mounts outside rear door. For individual who does not drive, but needs assistance entering and exiting van. Features nonskid surface platform.     The Q'Straint Pocket System, model Q-5001, is a wheelchair restraint system designed to secure wheelchairs and their occupants in vehicles. 20. QRT RETRACTABLE SECUREMENT SYSTEM SYSTEM (MODELS Q-8100-A1 & Q-8200-A1)

    The QRT Retactable Securement System is a wheelchair restraint system designed to secure wheelchairs and their occupants in transit and para-transit buses. This system can be mounted on tracks, walls, swing arms, floors, seats, flip seats, or barriers. The system retracts out of sight when not in use and a hard cover protects it from damage. Model Q-8100-A1 is the deluxe system and includes four QRT automatic retractors, an all new adjustable lap/shoulder belt combination, interchangeable self-tensioning belts, dual tensioning knobs, two pin connector brackets, quick-and-easy style speed hooks, and easy-to-use red release levers. 22. RETRAKTOR

    Retraktor is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system features retractable securements that can be mounted to the floor, sidewall, or seat structures. The system includes front tensioning retractors with right and left handles, and occupant restraints that come with a Height Adjuster to accommodate passengers of almost any size. OPTIONS: Various kits are available for Series A and L tracks or plates and bolt-in applications (see separate entries).

23. SECURE-LOK 100 & 200 SERIES

    Passenger wheelchair tie-down systems. 100 and 200 Series designed to fit manual and powered wheelchairs. Systems include mounting hardware and seatbelt restraints. Can be adjusted to secure three wheeled scooters. The 100 Series has a square bar with long hooks which attach to the rear wheelchair axles. A lap belt is attached to the rear bar. Another square bar is placed across front frame of wheelchair with a strap attached. A scooter tie-down option hooks to the forward steering tiller. 31. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED COMBINATION BELT (MODEL FE200727)

    The Sure-Lok Integrated Combination Belt, model FE200727, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system combines a shoulder belt and an integrated lap belt in a fully retractable unit. The unit retracts to the vehicle sidewall; a Velcro strap is provided to keep the belt ends up against the vehicle sidewall when not in use. The retractor mechanism can be mounted directly to the vehicle floor or sidewall, or into Series L Aluminum Track with the use of the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. The belt web guide can be installed to the vehicle sidewall by using the model FE200745 Sidewall Mounting Kit or into Series L Aluminum Track with the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. OPTIONS: Height Adjuster provides nearly 12 inches of vertical adjustment and allows for the proper geometry and placement of the shoulder belt, regardless of passenger size or mobility aid design.

32. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED LAP BELT (MODEL FE200595)

    The Sure-Lok Integrated Lap Belt, model FE200595, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt is intended for use with the FE500 Series Wheelchair Securement System only (see separate entry). It attaches directly to the rear strap assembly of the wheelchair securement system, and provides an occupant restraint system that is an integrated part of the wheelchair securement. Its restraint capability is dependent upon the strength of the wheelchair securement system. This belt has a single push-button buckle, one webbing adjuster, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. DIMENSIONS: The belt is 80 inches long.

33. SURE-LOK PARALLEL LAP BELT (MODELS FE200594, FE200600, FE200601, FE200612)

    The Sure-Lok Parallel Lap Belt is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt attaches directly to the floor track or plates to secure the passenger separately and independently from the wheelchair securement system. The belt's anchoring hardware is positive-locking to ensure that the belt assemblies cannot be inadvertently released or disengaged. A single push-button function allows the release and evacuation of the occupant in the event of an emergency. Premium Lap Belts (model FE200600 for Series L track and model FE200612 for Series A track) have three push-button buckles, two web adjusters to aid in placement, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. Standard Lap Belts (model FE200594 for Series L track and model FE200601 for Series A track) have a single push-button buckle and two web adjusters to aid in placement. DIMENSIONS: Premium belts (models FE200600 and FE200612) are 108 inches long; standard belts (models FE200594 and FE200601) are 98 inches long.

34. SURE-LOK SERIES L SINGLE BOLT FLOOR PLATE (MODELS FE200784 & FE200844)

    The Sure-Lok Series L Single Bolt Floor Plate is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Both plates have a track section made of stainless steel and come with mounting hardware. Model FE200784 is a surface mount plate and comes with an impact-resistant, plastic ramped collar. Model FE200844 is a flush mount plate and comes with a stainless steel case. WEIGHT: Both models weigh one pound.

35. SURE-LOK SERIES L TRACK

    Sure-Lok Series L Track is hardware for a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Track is made of aluminum with a natural finish, and is available in heavy-duty or medium-duty weights. Both the heavy-duty and medium-duty track are available in plain style or with flanges or flanges and mounting holes (100-inch length); with four countersunk holes (8 foot length); or with two holes (9 foot section). Medium-duty track is also available in an angled style. DIMENSIONS (L): 100 inches, 8 feet, or 9 feet. WEIGHT: 100-inch heavy-duty track weighs 5.2 pounds without flanges or mounting holes, 5.6 pounds with flanges and no mounting holes, and 5.4 pounds with flanges and mounting holes; 100-inch medium duty track weighs 5.0 pounds without flanges or mounting holes, 5.4 pounds with flanges and no mounting holes, 5.2 pounds with flanges and mounting holes, and 5.2 pounds in the angled version.

    The Sure-Lok Shoulder Belt is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Models FE200599, FE200613, FE200716, and FE200732 are non-retractable shoulder belts that can be attached to a section of track mounted on the vehicle sidewall. Models FE200599 and FE200732 are designed for use with Series L track; models FE200613 and FE200716 are designed for use with Series A track (see separate entries). These models are intended for use in multiple station vehicles. Models FE200710 and FE200710L are non-retractable fixed-point shoulder belts that can be mounted to the existing original equipment shoulder belt location or on the sidewall or floor, and are for use in single-, fixed-, or dedicated-position vehicles. models FE200604 and FE200604L are retractable shoulder belts that offer automatic adjustment in vehicles with single, fixed, or dedicated passenger positions. The retractor mechanism can be mounted directly to the vehicle floor or sidewall, or into a Series L Aluminum Track or the sidewall. OPTIONS: Models FE200599, FE200710, and FE200604 are available with a height adjuster. Model FE200710 is available with an L-bracket, which is used for floor installation. 37. WHEELCHAIR AND OCCUPANT BELT / TRACK SYSTEM.

    The Wheelchair and Occupant Belt/Track System has successfully impact tested at 30 MPH/20G. This test simulated the performance criteria required in FMVSS ##208, 209 and 210. Two models of shoulder restraints available, wall mounted non-retractable, and retractable. Tracks are installed in the floor of the van, in front and behind the chair, to lock the front and rear of the wheelchair frame in place. Web stiffeners are installed in the lap belt portion of the restraint to assist in connecting the buckle. Lap belt works independently of the wheelchair tie-down.
