    The Captain's Log is a cognitive skills, memory improvement, and visual perceptual training program designed for use by individuals with brain injury, cognitive disabilities, or learning disabilities. It contains a wide range of cognitive exercises to help develop attention, concentration, memory, eye-hand coordination, basic numeric concepts, and problem solving/reasoning skills. Modules include Attention Skills - Developmental; Visual Motor Skills; Conceptual Skills; Numeric Concepts/Memory Skills; Attention Skills - The Next Generation; Logic Skills; Working Memory Skills; and the Captain's Log Personal Trainer. The exercises range from very low level to quite difficult and are approptirate for ages 6 through adult. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows XP or Vista operating system; Pentium III 800 or higher PC processor; DirectX 8 or higher; 20 GB hard drive with at least 1 GB free space; 256 MB of RAM; DirectX compatible video card with at least 16 MB of video RAM; DVD-ROM drive; mouse, trackball or touchscreen; DirectX compatible sound card; headphones or external speakers. OPTIONS: Individual modules may be purchased separately.
