    BoneJuvenate: The Women's Guide to Preventing and Treating Osteoporosis, is a video exercise program designed for use by women with osteoporosis. On this 34-minute DVD, certified exercise trainer Estelle Underwood presents an exercise program to help prevent osteoporosis and treat low bone mass (osteopenia). The program strengthens bones and muscles, including the core muscles of the body; enhances balance and flexibility; and helps correct common postural problems. The precise and clear instruction utilizes breathing to develop awareness and concentration. The DVD concludes with information on osteoporosis and keys to prevention and treatment by Andreas Subadya, MD, an osteoporosis expert. Equipment needed includes 1 to 5 pound hand and ankle weights and a 55- to 65-centimeter physioball.
