CLARET
Claret is a programmable hearing aid designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The hearing aid is available in open ear 312, open ear 10A, completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, and behind the ear styles. Features include a dynamic speech enhancement/noise reduction switch that processes millions of digital calculations per second to accent the sounds the user needs to hear most; adaptive feedback cancellation; enhanced taper control that smooths volume adjustment to eliminate abrupt volume fluctuatons; the ability to switch between Omni and Directional modes to aid speech understanding in noisy environments; ability to switch automatically to the appropriate mode when a cell phone or standard phone is brought to the ear (a standard push button is also available); memory for optional features such as speech enhancement/noise reduction, telephone coil and directional microphones. COLOR: Pink (all styles), gray (open ear 312 or 10A or behind the ear), black (open ear 312 or 10A), white (open ear 312), light or medium brown (completely in canal, half shell / canal, or full shell), dark brown (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear), red or blue (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear), or green (behind the ear).

EVOK
Evok is a programmable hearing aid designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. It is available in receiver in canal, open ear, completely in canal, half shell/ canal, full shell, and behind the ear styles. All styles emphasize speech in challenging situations to make listening natural and comfortable. To improve understanding of speech in noise, the unit automatically switches to a directional microphone and simultaneously adjusts speech algorithms and comfort levels. Microprocessors automatically adjust for sudden changes to signal levels, such as soft and loud voices during the same conversation. The unit automatically reduces steady state noise such as a computer fan or humming from a refrigerator, as well as pseudo-random noise such as noise between the gaps in speech, and rapidly restores volume for soft speech when in the presence of loud sounds. An adaptive phase canceller prevents feedback. The unit can be fitted with up to five programs for different situations, such as noisy environments, telephone, television, music, or mute, and automatically switches to the appropriate mode. Some styles have waterproof microphone protection, and others position the microphone to make it less vulnerable to moisture. The unit also includes wax barriers, a moisture resistant coating on the internal circuitry. COLOR: Receiver in canal style comes in black, gray, or tan; open ear style comes in black, gray, tan, or white; completely in canal, half shell/canal, and full shell styles come in pink, tan, light brown, dark brown, red, or blue; behind the ear style comes in pink, tan, dark brown, green, red, or blue.

MONET 300 / 500 SERIES HEARING AIDS
Monet 300/500 Series Hearing Aids are digital hearing aids designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Available styles include receiver in canal, open ear 312, open ear 10A, completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, and behind the ear. Several models include Tri-Mode noise reduction for listening to music. This feature brings voices to the front and replicates the subtle nuances of stringed instruments with clarity, while handling the driving peaks associated with percussion. Soft sounds are amplified but lound ones are compressed to reduce any sensation or discomfort. Other features include speech enhancement with three averaging detectors that monitor the environment for soft sounds and difficult to hear frequencies; adaptive feedback control; a push button to switch between directional mode for understanding conversation in noise, and omni mode; simultaneous adjustment and optimization of speech algorithms and comfort levels to help improve understanding in noise; cell phone compatible circuitry and maximum volume from standard telephones; and ability to custom fit hearing aid memories of different environments or musical styles. COLOR: Pink (all styles), light or medium brown (completely in canal, half shell/canal, or full shell), dark brown (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear), gray (receiver in canal, open ear 312, open ear 10A, or behind the ear), black (receiver in canal, open ear 312, or open ear 10A), white (open ear 312), red or blue (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear).

NOAH SYSTEM
The NOAH System is a case management program designed for use by audiologists and other hearing care professionals. Developed by a consortium of over 80 hearing care companies worldwide, this program provides a unified system for performing client-related tasks. When a professional measures a client’s hearing loss, whether with audiograms, speech tests, or loudness scaling, results are passed automatically to the common database, for use by any of several fitting systems from other suppliers. This allows the professional to try out alternative fitting systems from different suppliers when selecting and tuning a hearing instrument. The system can also be used to record journal notes regarding the client session. All information is automatically saved in the client’s record. This framework allows hearing instrument fitting, audiological measurement, and office management systems to share a common database. The program comes with modules for performing basic fitting and measurement functions. Additional fitting and measurement modules are available separately from licensed member companies. These modules allow the program to work with measurement equipment from more than 10 major suppliers and to fit hearing instruments from more than 30 different suppliers. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers or network servers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows Vista, XP Professional (Service Pack 2), 2000 (Service Pack 4), 2008 Server, 2003 Server (Service Pack 1), or 2000 Server operating system (32-bit versions only); Pentium III 1 gigaHertz (GHz) processor; 512 megabytes (MB) RAM; 5 gigabytes (GB) of free hard drive space with 1 additional GB of free space for each installed module; screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels; CD drive; USB port for Bluetooth adapter; Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later; and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
