NTOUCH MOBILE
ntouch Mobile is a video telephony program designed for use by people who are deaf or hard or hearing and use sign language to communicate. ntouch Mobile is designed to be used with the Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS). It allows the user to place and receive video relay calls via SVRS to people who have a regular telephone using their cell phone. This program also provides access to SVRS’s SignMail service that delivers messages in ASL using video recordings transmitted to the phone. ntouch Mobile can store up to 500 contacts, stores recently called numbers, and tracks missed video calls. Contacts can be imported from a VP-200 Videophone (see separate entry). Using SVRS, ntouch Mobile can also be used to call 911 for emergencies. COMPATIBILITY: For use with HTC EVO 4G cellular telephone from Sprint or the Nexus S telephone from T-Mobile. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Android operating system.

The computer must have a built-in camera or a web cam added to the system. This program also provides access to SVRS’s SignMail service that delivers messages in ASL using video recordings transmitted to the phone. ntouch PC can store contacts and recently called numbers, and it tracks missed video calls. Contacts can be imported from a VP-200 Videophone (see separate entry). Using SVRS, ntouch PCcan also be used to call 911 for emergencies. COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM and compatible computers. SORENSON VIDEO CENTER
Sorenson Video Center is a video telephony program and electronic mail program designed for use by people who are deaf or hard or hearing and use sign language to communicate. Sorenson Video Center is designed to be used with the Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS). It allows an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to receive and view video relay messages received by the SVRS from people who have a regular telephone. This application (or app) does not have the capability to place calls through the SVRS. It also provides access to SVRS's SignMail service that delivers messages in ASL using video recordings transmitted to the phone. The user can immediately reply to SignMail videos using Sorenson's SIPRelay service or by sending an email. Sorenson Video Center integrates with the iPhone's, iPod Touch's or iPad's Contacts list. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 4.2 or later.

VP-200 VIDEOPHONE
The VP-200 Videophone is a video display telephone designed for use by people who are deaf or hard or hearing and use sign language to communicate. The VP-200 is designed to be used with the Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS), and it allows the user to place and receive SVRS calls to people who have a regular telephone as well as direct calls to people who have another videophone. This video telephone also provides access to SVRS’s SignMail service which delivers messages in ASL using video recordings transmitted to the phone. It connects to a standard television (CRT or flat screen) with composite audio/video (A/V) input and to the Internet via an Ethernet connection to broadband DSL or a cable modem with a minimum upload and download speed of 192 kilobits per second (kps). One CATS RJ-45 Ethernet cable and one composite RCA A/V cable are included. The VP-200 is controlled through a series of onscreen navigation menus that are accessed through a remote control (included). It includes a camera, which can adjusted (pan, tilt and zoom) mechanically or electronically using the remote control. It also has a video ring indicator. The VP-200 can store up to 500 contacts, stores recently called numbers, and tracks missed calls. It has automatically searches for and downloads software updates, and it has an automatic screen saver. POWER: The main unit requires a 120-volt, 60-hertz AC power outlet; the remote control requires two AAA batteries (included).
