  1. LOKOMATNANO Picture of LOKOMATNANO

LokomatNano is a robotic gait training system designed for use by individuals with stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, or other mobility, neurological or walking disabilities. The system consists of a robotic gait orthosis that guides the user's legs on a treadmill according to a pre-programmed physiological gait pattern. The guidance can be individually adjusted to the user's abilities and can be reduced according to the user’s improvement. The Levi dynamic body weight system provided mechanical partial and continuously adjustable unloading to optimize the physiological gait pattern. It has a remote control and operates in real time during the training. The LokomatNano can provide biofeedback based on input from sensors that record the user's current gait activity to motivate the user and aid in motor relearning. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 280 x 153 x 239 centimeters (cm).

It has a remote control and operates in real time during the training. The system provides constant feedback based on input from sensors that record the user's current gait activity to motivate the user and aid in motor relearning. Both augmented feedback and biofeedback can be provided. The user's activity during the training is continuously recorded and displayed for the different phases of walking as well as for different joints. LokomatPro also supports manual gait training. Research, assessment and reporting tools support the therapist. OPTIONS: Pediatric training orthosis.
