    The Bite Trigger, model BT 100, is a trigger activator designed for use by people with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities or arthritis or spinal cord injury. Intended for use by individuals whose disabilities prevent them from pulling the trigger on a firearm, the unit has two components: a mechanical activator that mounts inside the trigger guard with mounting screws and the mouthpiece with a bite switch that attaches to the stock of the gun with a Velcro strap. The user bites down on the mouthpiece to pull the trigger. This device works on guns with a front or back trigger safety; rear safety is standard. OPTIONS: Extra mounting plates for use on more than one gun.

    The Finger Control Hand Device, model HD 100, is a trigger finger support designed for use by individuals with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. Available for the right or left hand, this device is intended to straighten curled fingers and assist the user with pulling the trigger on a firearm or crossbow. The unit features a splint-like support that is placed under the index finger and attached with three Velcro straps. The support extends beyond the base of the finger and past the thumb and curves around the base of the hand. It also extends past the end of the finger, and it is this portion that is inserted in a trigger guard and pulls the trigger.

    The Finger Control Hand Device, model HD 200, is a trigger finger support designed for use by individuals with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. Available for the right or left hand, this device is intended to straighten curled fingers and assist the user with pulling the trigger on a firearm or crossbow. The unit features a splint-like support that is placed under the index finger and attached with three Velcro straps. The support extends beyond the base of the finger and past the thumb and curves around the base of the hand. It also extends past the end of the finger, and it is this portion that is inserted in a trigger guard and pulls the trigger. This device also features an integrated wrist support.

    The Fishing Rod Bandit is a fishing rod holder designed for use by individuals with grasping or upper extremity disabilities, amputation, stroke or arthritis. The base of the device consists of an aluminum plate that is placed on the lap. A rod holder that swivels 45 degrees is mounted on the base plate, and the left and right sides of the base plate are bent down. Waist and shoulder straps are attached to the corners of the base plate to fix the base in the user's lap when seated. There are also clamps on each side of the base to aid in baiting hooks. SIZES: The rod holder is available with the following diameters: 1.5, 1.25 and 1.125 inches.

    The Fishing Rod Bandit Sidewinder is a fishing rod holder designed for use by individuals with grasping or upper extremity disabilities, amputation, stroke or arthritis. The Sidewinder consists of a curved aluminum plate that it worn on the hip with straps that fit around the waist and over the opposite shoulder. A rod holder that swivels is mounted on the base plate. The rod holder swivels and locks in three positions. The Sidewider is available for the left or right hip. SIZES: The rod holder is available with the following diameters: 1.5, 1.25 and 1.125 inches.

    The High Quad Gun Mount, model HQ100, is a rifle, shotgun, pistol and crossbow support and trigger activator designed for use by people with severe physical or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who use a power wheelchair. Intended to make hunting accessible to individuals with no use of the upper extremities, this device is based on a mounting plate placed under the wheelchair’s seat cushion before the user transfers into the chair. Once the user is seated in the wheelchair, a vertical receiver tube is attached in the middle of the front corner of the plate and the weapon support and the fully-adjustable powered trigger activator assembly are placed in the receiver tube. The support and activator can rotate and pitch to adjust the windage and elevation of the weapon. A joystick operated by the user’s chin controls windage and elevation with selectable speed. The trigger activator is controlled with a sip-and-puff switch. There is also a recoil compensation mechanism to help absorb the recoil of the weapon. Mounting hardware is included and some hardware is intended to remain on the chair. POWER: Uses 12-volt DC power through a connection to a powered wheelchair battery.

    The High Quad Pistol Mount, model HQPM, is a pistol support designed for use by people with severe physical or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who use a powered wheelchair. It is intended for use by individuals with no hand or arm use, and it is designed to work with a High Quad Gun Mount, model HQ100, mount (not included; see separate entry). Model HQPM has a trigger activator that connects to model HQ100’s trigger activation mechanism.

    The Limited Mobility Compound Bow Mount, model CB100, is a compound bow support designed for use by people with mobility and lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who have limited hand and arm movement and strength and who use a wheelchair. This device comprises a mounting plate that is placed under the wheelchair’s seat cushion before the user transfers into the chair. Once the user is seated in the wheelchair, a vertical receiver tube is attached in the middle of the front edge of the plate and the weapon support assembly is placed in the receiver tube. The CB100 fits most compound bows and can be used with right- or left-handed bows. This unit requires the use of a Draw-Loc or similar product (not included).

    The Limited Mobility Gun Mount, model LM100, is a rifle, pistol, and crossbow support designed for use by people with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury with limited hand and arm movement and strength. Intended for individuals who use wheelchairs, this mount is based on a mounting plate placed under the wheelchair’s seat cushion before the user transfers into the chair. Once the user is seated in the wheelchair, a vertical receiver tube is attached in the middle of the front portion of the plate and the weapon support assembly is placed in the receiver tube. The unique design of the equipment makes the weapon seem almost weightless to the person using it and facilitates a full range of motion - up, down, and side to side. The unit does not include a trigger activator, but it is designed to work with the Power Trigger Activator, model TM100 (see separate entry).

    The Limited Mobility Pistol Mount, model LMPM, is a pistol support designed for use by people with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who have limited hand or arm movement and strength and who use a wheelchair. A Limited Mobility Gun Mount, model LM 100, and The Vacuum Trigger System, model TM100, are required with this device, but not included (see separate entries). This device accommodates a variety of pistols, including auto loaders and double action revolvers, and it has its own trigger mechanism that is activated by the TM100.

    The Powered Trigger Mechanism, model TM100, is a trigger activator designed for use by people with fine motor, neuromuscular or upper extremity disabilities or arthritis or spinal cord injury. Designed for use by individuals who are unable to pull the trigger on a firearm, this device has three components: the electric activator that mounts inside a standard trigger guard; the control box that attaches to the stock of the gun with a Velcro strap; and a suction tube that extends from the control box. The user sips on the tube to pull the trigger. POWER: Uses 12-volt direct current (DC) power through a connection to a power wheelchair’s battery or an auxiliary battery (not included) using the included pigtail.

  12. RENEGADE ALL TERRAIN WHEELCHAIR Picture of RENEGADE ALL TERRAIN WHEELCHAIR

    The Renegade All Terrain Wheelchair is an all-terrain lever-drive wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This chair is available in standard, hunting, and winter models. The hunting model includes a gun rack/rest, mobile blind, and fishing pole holder. The winter model includes snow chains and front skis that are interchangeable with the front casters. FRAME (LxW): The 1.25-inch aluminum frame with left and right front and rear accessory receivers is 40 x 30 (based on a 16-inch chair). Standard colors include jet black, signal red, midnight blue, or flat tan/camouflage. Custom colors are available At an additional charge. A wheelie bar is optional. DRIVE SYSTEM: Dual lever (push bar) drive with 9-speed gear system similar to a mountain bike. The push bars can be removed and stored under the seat to enable the chair to be used as a standard manual chair. SEAT: Seat width is available in 15 to 18 inches in one-inch increments. The seat depth is 17 inches. The front seat height is 21 inches. Push handles are optional. ARMRESTS: None. BRAKES: Disk brakes. WHEELS: 24-inch rear mountain bike wheels and tires. CASTERS: 8-inch front casters. FOOTREST: The footrest bar is 15 inches wide. OPTIONS: Trailer hitch, cup holder, snow plow, and a car carrier. The gun rack, mobile blind, snow chains, and skis are also available as options for the standard model. WEIGHT: 50 pounds. CAPACITY: 300 ponds.

    The Strong Arm is a fishing rod holder for people with limited or no grip. The fishing rod holder straps to wrist and forearm, and permits trolling, casting, and still fishing. The Strong Arm functions by transferring holding a rod's weight away from the hand and wrist to the forearm bicep and shoulder. It is handmade of oil- treated leather. Right- and left-handed version are available. WEIGHT: 5 to 6 ounces.
