1. HANDI-LIFT WALK BELT (MODEL 516XM, 516M, 517M, 518M & 518XM

   The Handi-Lift Walk Belt, models 516XM, 516M, 517M, 518M, and 518XM, is a standing transfer aid designed for use to aid transfers by individuals with balance, lower extremity, mobility, or walking disabilities. The belt is secured with a double Velcro closure, and its Miracle Grip inner lining grips the patient's clothing. The belt has four large padded vertical handles. It is normally used by two caregivers working together, but if necessary, one caregiver with training can use the belt with a person if the caregiver can properly bear the user's weight. To clean the belt, it can be wiped with disinfectant. It also can be hand or machine washed in water up to 80 degrees Celsius and air dried. SIZE: Extra small (518XM) for waist 58 to 70 centimeters; small (518M) for waist 69 to 93 centimeters; medium (516M) for waist 85 to 110 centimeters; large (517M) for waist 90 to 117 centimeters; extra large (517XM) for waist 108 to 133 centimeters.

2. HANDI-WEIGH RAMP (MODEL 285)

   The Handi-Weigh Ramp, model 285, is a scale accessory that allows a standard bathroom scale to function as a wheelchair scale. Made from plastic coated steel for rust protection, it fits bathroom scales that measure 30 centimeters or less. The ramp has two joined wheel tracks. It tilts up once it is touched by the front wheels of the wheelchair. The wheelchair is positioned when the front wheels are against the stop bars welded onto the front of each wheel track. The user applies the wheelchair's brakes to hold the wheelchair in place, and the weight is read from the scale. Sometimes it is easier for a caregiver to see the dial from behind the patient by looking under the chair. To determine the patient's weight, either the weight of the wheelchair can be measured previously and then subtracted from the total, or the scale can be set to zero when the empty wheelchair is on it. After weighing, the brakes are released, and the wheelchair can either continue moving forward or it can be reversed to move off the scale. 3. RESCUE SHEET

   The Rescue Sheet is an emergency evacuation system designed for individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury and other people who are unable to get out of bed. The Rescue Sheet straps to the underside of a mattress of a bed with four elastic straps that fit over the mattress corners. It has two nylon safety restraints, each which is sewn across the full width of the sheet. In case of emergency, the caregiver(s) extend the end of the two safety restraints from the sides of the sheet and fasten each restraint across to secure the chest and legs of the user, securing him or her to the mattress. When pulled tight, the restraints also will bend the sides of the mattress upward so the user's sides are protected during evacuation. The restraints fasten with Delrin buckles.. The Rescue Sheet also has long fabric handles that extend from the underside at the head and foot of the mattress. The handles can be used to lift and move the user and the mattress as a single unit to safety. When the Rescue Sheet is not in use, the handles tuck under the mattress, and the halves of the safety restraints tuck into pockets sewn into the sheet. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 1.91 x .92 meters. 4. RESQMAT

   The ResQmat is an emergency evacuation system designed for use with individuals with lower extremity, walking or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The ResQmat is intended to provide the means for a nondisabled person to move a non-ambient individual to a safe location in an emergency. This product consists of a thick foam pad with a vinyl backing and a pillow at one end. There are two fabric handles - one above the user's head and another below the user's feet – and a strap that runs the length of the mat that can be used to shorten it. Once the user is laid on the mat, it is wrapped around him or her and secured with four safety straps with Velcro closures at the user’s chest, torso, thighs and shins. Once the user is secured in the mat, one or more rescuers can use the handles to move the user out of danger by lifting or dragging. The mat insulates the user from extreme temperatures and absorbs some concussions caused by dragging over irregular surfaces or uneven ground. The board rolls us and stores in a large storage bag (included). The ResQmat can be used multiple times indoors if clean as directed after each use; however, it should not be used again if used outdoors. 5. RESQME

   The ResQme is an emergency evacuation system designed for use with individuals with lower extremity, walking or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The ResQme is intended to provide the means for a nondisabled person to move a non-ambient individual to a safe location in an emergency. This product consists of a board with a footplate that folds up on one end and an adjustable pillow at the other end. There are two fabric handles - one above the user's head and another below the user's feet. It has three safety straps with Velcro closures that fit across the user’s chest, torso and shins to secure the user to the board. Once the user is secured on the mat with his or her feet firmly on the footplate, one or more rescuers can use the handles to move the user out of danger by lifting or dragging. When the safety straps are tightened, the sides of the board fold up to further secure the user. The board insulates the user from extreme temperatures and absorbs some concussions caused by dragging the mat over irregular surfaces or uneven ground. The board folds for storage and transport. The ResQme can be used multiple times indoors if wiped clean with a disinfectant after each use; however, it should not be used again if used outdoors. OPTIONS: Extension strap. 6. SOFT TRANSFER BELT (MODELS 527S & 527)

   The Soft Transfer Belt, models 527S and 527, is a standing transfer aid designed for use by caregivers when aiding transfers by individuals with balance, mobility, lower extremity, or walking disabilities. The soft, fully padded belt is slip resistant. It closes with a buckle at the front and the fastening can be adjusted for size. The belt is recommended for use with women who have a large bust or people whose body shape requires a narrower belt fastening. The belt has four large padded vertical handles and is normally used by two caregivers working together, but if necessary, one caregiver with training can use the belt with a person if the caregiver can properly bear the user's weight. To clean the belt, it can be wiped with disinfectant. It also can be hand or machine washed in water up to 80 degrees Celsius and air dried.
