    The Beamer Personal Transport Vehicle is a powered wheelchair alternative designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities or people who lack stamina. The Beamer is an electric transportation device on which the user stands when in motion. 500 watt motors in the hub of each of the two front wheels power this device. It has a horn, brake light, turn signals, and tail light. The vehicle has two back wheels for added stability, reinforced steel rider platform with high-impact plastic cover, and built-in precision gyroscope technology so it can travel on many surfaces. OPTIONS: Helmet, detachable basket, lifting bars and charger. FRAME: High tensile steel with 18-inch foldable handles with a 26 to 28-inch reinforced platform. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 51 x 28 x 26 inches. The deck is 20 x 17.5 inches. WHEELS: Two 16-inch front wheels; 3.5-inch rear wheels. POWER: Uses 36-Volt 12 AH rechargeable batteries (recharges within 4 hours). SPEEDS: 12 to 14 miles per hour; range is 10 miles per charge. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WEIGHT: 110 pounds.
