1. BLACK POLY SPOKE GUARD WITH ALLOY HAND RIM

   The Black Poly Spoke Guard with Alloy Hand Rim is a spoke protector with attached handrim designed for use by people with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury who use manual wheelchairs to play wheelchair rugby and other wheelchair sports. This unit is for use on the Melrose Rhino wheelchair rugby chair (see separate record). The poly spoke protector is riveted to a ring that is welded to the inside of an alloy handrim. The unit is attached to a wheel (not included) with 6 or 12 tabs that mount either on to the rim or close in.    The Custom Tennis Wheelchair is a sports wheelchair intended for individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The strong lightweight frame is configured to allow adjustment of the seat for comfort while playing tennis. FRAME: Each frame is built to individual specifications for size, rake and camber.    The Hard Anodized Hand Rim is a wheelchair hand rim designed for use by manual wheelchair users with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This is a long life lightweight alloy hand rim that fits 24-inch Quickie and Magic wheels that are standard on many wheelchairs. It provides a smooth hard surface to push with and its hard anodized coating allows heat to dissipate rapidly so the user's hands do not burn going downhill. The unit is attached by 6 rivnuts.

9. MELROSE PERFORMANCE POLYMER

   Melrose Performance Polymers are shock absorption materials for wheelchair casters designed for use in customizing Frog Legs suspension caster forks (see separate entry). Frog Legs caster forks replace a wheelchair's existing caster forks with shock absorbing hinges that use Melrose Performance Polymers to absorb the impacts that a wheelchair's casters encounter. The polymers are cylindrical, and they fit in the Frogs Legs fork where they absorb vibration to reduce shaking and bouncing in the frame of the chair. The polymers are available in three densities, each or which is a different color: soft (black), medium (orange), or firm (red).     The Melrose Wheel Bag USA, model 45182, is a bag for wheelchair wheels for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury and other people who user a wheelchair. The bag holds up to four spare wheels in a protective padded compartments. Wheels are protected from scratches and marks. The bag keeps a person's wheels together so if that person is traveling with a team or a group of wheelchair users, his or her wheels are kept separate from other wheels. 13. PHAT JACK

    The Phat Jack is a wheelchair lifter designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This unit was designed specifically for the Melrose Rugby wheelchairs (see separate entry), but the manufacturer can customize it for other wheelchairs. To use the Phat Jack, it is rolled under the rear bar of the wheelchair's frame, and the handle is pushed down. The rear of the wheelchair stays up until the handle is lifted back up. The unit lifts and holds the rear of a rugby wheelchair off the ground allowing wheels to be changed if punctured during a game. It allows an assistant to change a wheel even if the assistant is a teammate.

14. SOFT ROLL ALLOY CASTER

    The Soft Roll Alloy Caster is a caster wheel designed for use by individuals with lower extrremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This machined alloy caster has a smooth finish to promote easier turning and less rolling resistance, while reducing some wheel chatter.
