The Big Bounder H-Frame Power Wheelchair is a heavy duty powered wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME: Black powder-coated H-style TIG welded steel frame. The frame includes heavy duty 12 position adjustable suspension forks, anti-tipping wheelie wheels, sliding dual group 27 battery box with safety reflectors, and built in taillights. CONTROLS: UE1D electronic controls with 6 programs and bi-directional select switch. RWD: Super Torque 3 motors with non-slip Panther synchronous gearbelt rear wheel drive. SEAT (LxW): Standard seats are 16, 17, or 18 x 21 to 25 inches in 1-inch increments; longer and wider seats are available at extra cost. Seats include 0.12-inch wall seat rails and back posts. Optional power seating systems include recline, tilt, seat elevate, and/or power headrest. UPHOLSTERY: Super duty sling upholstery attached with machine screws with double liner, cap, and web strap under every screw. ARMRESTS: Detachable desk-length arms with reinforced arm mounts. BRAKES: Electric brake control with smart brake release switch for attendant pushing. CASTERS: 9 x 3.5 inch metal caster wheels. WHEELS: 12.75 x 4 inch steel rear wheels. POWER: Uses gel-cell or lead acid batteries and includes battery condition meter and charger. SPEEDS: 9.5 miles per hour. CAPACITY: 500 pounds; 700 and 1000 pound options are available. WARRANTY: One year limited warranty on entire chair; two year limited warranty on H-frame seat; and five year limited warranties on H-frame base and Super Torque 3 motor and brake drive trains, including motors, brakes, drive wheels, drive wheel sprockets.
