Picture of A4 TITANIUM The A4 Titanium is a lightweight wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME: Titanium frame with infinite center-of-gravity adjustment and a full suspension option. The overall frame width ranges from 18.75 to 36.5 inches. A tapered or V front end are available at no extra charge. The frame is available in a choice of 22 colors. Rear anti-tips are optional. SEAT: Available with seat width from 12 to 22 inches and seat depth from 14 to 22 inches. The seat-to floor height is available from 17 to 21 inches (17-inch height is not available with full suspension). The rear seat-to-floor height is adjustable in half-inch increments without head tube adjustment. A seat pouch and positioning belts are available. The back is height-adjustable (a choice of four adjustment ranges is standard) and angle adjustable for up to 15 degrees of squeeze. The back is standard with a welded rigidizer bar and no push handles. A bolt-on rigidizer bar and push handles are optional. A fold-down back is available at no extra charge. A back pouch and adjustable-tension back upholstery are available at an extra cost. ARMRESTS: The chair comes standard without armrests. Swing-away padded armrests and height-adjustable desk- or full-length T arms are available. Fabric clothing guards, small or large rigid side guards, small or large quad side guards, and non-removable fold-down side guards are optional. BRAKES: Push-to-lock wheel locks are standard. Pull-to-lock clamp-on wheel locks are available at no charge. Options include wheel lock extensions, Hill Holder clamp-on wheel locks, and hideaway undermount wheel locks. CASTERS: Front 3-inch roller blade casters are standard. Optional 4-, 5-, or 6-inch casters are available. WHEELS: 22- , 24- , or 26-inch rear wheels in a variety of styles are available. Pneumatic tires are standard. Flat-free inserts, treaded urethane tires, Primo tires, KIK-Black tires, and 24-inch knobby tires are available as options. Inside- or outside-mounted anodized aluminum handrims are standard. Black plastic-coated handrims and plastic-coated handrims with oblique or vertical projections are available. Additional options include spoke guards, quad-release axles, and a tire pump. FOOTRESTS: An adustable one-piece footboard is standard. An adjustable tubular footrest is available at no extra charge. A calf strap for either style is available at no charge. Options include impact guards and a basketball roller. CAPACITY: 300 pounds. WEIGHT: 13 pounds with 15 x 16 inch seat and without wheels or accessories. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on frame.
