(Verified 03/2013) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. ---Telemergency Pro, model 700C, is an emergency alert system designed for use by seniors or individuals at risk for medical emergencies. The system includes a base unit and a pendant. To send a pre-recorded emergency alert message to 911 and/or up to five other pre-selected numbers, the user presses a button on the base unit or the pendant. The base unit includes a speakerphone function that allows each called party to listen in or speak to the caller. The system comes with emergency medical, fire, and burglary messages and additional buttons for up to two other situations. When calling a number, it can break through a caller ID system so the call is not blocked. A called party can stop the dialing of further numbers by pressing 7 or 8 on his/her telephone.
